I stayed in bed for a while after that accidental visit to Heaven's Castle.
Mostly because my brain was still trying to process the fact that I had just argued with the final boss while wearing sleep clothes.
Brilliant timing, Eunji. Truly impressive.
I stared at the ceiling, one arm thrown over my eyes.
"Okay," I muttered to myself. "New rule. No more thinking about people while half asleep."
Apparently my brain now came with divine teleportation privileges, which was a terrifying feature nobody asked for.
After a few minutes of lying there, listening to the distant sounds of reconstruction outside, I sighed and pushed myself up.
If I stayed here any longer, I'd probably accidentally teleport to the moon or something.
I swung my legs off the bed and stretched again.
Still light.
Still ridiculously energized.
It felt like my body had been reset.
But the room was empty.
No Kael.
No Zeref.
No Luna hovering nearby.
For a moment I frowned.
"Huh."
