Chapter 18 - The New path

Zita's new role as advisor to the king was a challenging one, but she was determined to make a difference. She worked tirelessly, meeting with officials, listening to petitions, and advising the king on matters of state.

As she settled into her new role, Zita began to notice changes in the kingdom. The king was becoming more open and receptive to the needs of his people, and the kingdom was becoming a more just and fair place.

Zita's relationships with the other advisors and officials grew stronger, and she found herself respected and valued by all. She was no longer just the king's daughter, but a key player in the kingdom's government.

One day, the king approached her with a serious expression. "Zita, I've been thinking about the future of the kingdom," he said. "I want to make some changes, to make sure that the kingdom is prepared for the challenges ahead."

Zita nodded, her mind racing with possibilities. "What kind of changes, Your Majesty?" she asked.

The king hesitated, his eyes scanning the room before he spoke. "I want to establish a new council, made up of representatives from each of the kingdom's regions. They will advise me on matters affecting their regions, and help me make more informed decisions."

Zita's eyes widened as she realized the scope of the king's plan. "That's a wonderful idea, Your Majesty," she said, her voice filled with enthusiasm. "It will give the people a greater voice in the government, and help to ensure that their needs are met."

The king smiled, his eyes glinting with approval. "I'm glad you agree, Zita. I want you to help me establish the council, and to advise me on its operations."

Zita nodded, feeling a sense of pride and purpose. She knew that she was being given a great responsibility, but she was ready to rise to the challenge.

As she worked on establishing the council, Zita knew that she was helping to shape the future of the kingdom. She was determined to make a difference, and to ensure that the kingdom became a better place for all its people.
