"ANYWAYS, lets go!" we walked into an alley and I asked the system to open up a portal as we walked into the vast unknown.

At what could be best described as a reception desk.
"Hey, ya think anyone interesting's gonna show up?" A lady with cat ears that was clearly bored.
*FLICK*
"NYA!"
"Shut up you." She looked like a normal beautiful woman, if you ignored the pointed tail.
"What we never see anyone interesting, its always imps and mindless beasts that get here, most oof the time accidentally, and they always pick permanent contracts and never stay in the HUB for long." She was very bored as a cat is when forced to do nothing.
"Yeah, maybe if you actually did your job rather than sleep all the time, you'd get more interesting people." the succubus scolded her. "At least the one in a thousand anomalies can be interesting."
A flashing red light beeps on the desk, under it it show the world "anomaly"
"Quite the coincidence no?"
"Please tell me that isn't me hallucinating nya..."
"You're not hallucinating." A new voice joined them, it was a dog with a business tie and a fedora.
"Hey Boss nya!" She was more excited now because if Boss is here, that means it's extra special.
"Afternoon, Kuro, Katheryn." Boss greeted the cat-kin and succubus respectively. "And you are correct in thinking that this is extra special, we'll be getting a likely new resident and a summoned, so they'll go out for their job, however we don't know what they are or their abilities as we have never gotten any of their species before."
"What..." Kuro was burned out from the wall of words thrown at her.
"Basically, we are getting someone who is a species that isn't recorded." Katheryn clarified.
"And a human with lots of mana and a tiny bit of... something..." Boss added.
This time both Kuro and Katheryn were shocked as its unusual for it to be a two-in-one deal.
"Anyways, they'll be coming later so I'll stay here for a bit." He said this as an attendant brought out a dog bed for him.
"Where did that attendant come from!?" Kuro is clearly getting overwhelmed with all that's happening in the past two minutes.
"Not telling, you probably can't afford it with how bad you are at keeping a job, and it's thanks to Kat you can even get this job so you should show some more respect for your higher-ups, ok?
"Nyangh" Kuro proceeded to face plant into the desk.

A portal opened up in an empty doorway and two figures walked out, one tall and curvy the other short and cute.
"Whoa I feel a lot more free here!" Sakura exclaimed.
"Welcome, I am Katheryn, a succubus, you can call me Kat."
"I am Kuro, cat-kin, nya! So you guys are the special cases nya!" Kuro was curious. "So who's who?"
"I am Mary, a human." she introduced herself calmly.
"I am Sakura, shapeshifter nya!" She proceeded to turn into Kuro.
"Whoa it's me! so cool!" she was excited now.
"NYAHAHA, I'm the best!" Sakura got quite the confidence boost.
"Ahem."
"!!!" everyone forgot about Boss.
"Shall we get the interviews done to make your residency official?"

So it's time to get this started, I wonder how this'll go?
"Come." This dog is weird but he's also quite dapper so I'll follow him for now.
I entered the room with him and the room appeared to be comfortable enough for long conversations.
"We don't usually do this for newcomers with no background, however you are unique as you are from a new universe and aren't a recorded species, this will only be a few questions though so don't get nervous."
"Ok! But you still haven't told me your name."
"You can call me Boss as most do."
"Hmm ok then Boss."
"Ok so lets start now, where are you from?"
"Earth, or Terra I get confused sometimes with this."

"I'm forever 16 and I can be what I want, man woman or even both!"

"Lets see hmm... I grew up normal but I learned that I don't age and proceeded to just wander and live the life I wanted, I Learned of my ability to shapeshift in the beginning when I needed to hunt stuff, then in like the year of now I got the H.U.B. system and you know the rest."
"Great that answers the next question, so final question, what is your affinity?"
"I don't know, it appears that Terra or its universe suppressed the supernatural, I only just now got the ability to fully change myself, instead of just parts."
"Hmm I guess we should get that done then." suddenly a person appeared and put a tablet on the table.
"What should I do?"
"Just put your hand on it and it'll do its thing."

The attendant from before this time put a pamphlet on the table, it was about the most prestigious schools here.
"I'll think about it, school might be a fun adventure!"
