She had personally watched boulders rolling down the slope get crushed into fine gravel under that terrifying repulsive force, then blasted away like buckshot.
With that kind of horrifying destructive power… if it were her trying to match it—
"I'd probably have to push [Star Rage] to its absolute limit and go for mutual destruction just to pull off that level of damage…"
As she marveled inwardly, Yuki gradually realized just how monstrously strong Takumi really was.
No wonder he'd been able to say stuff like those disgusting geezers better think twice without batting an eye.
"Hehe~ If they really piss Takumi off, things are going to get interesting." Thinking that far, Yuki couldn't help but chuckle to herself.
Seeing her suddenly start giggling like an idiot, Takumi was completely baffled. "What are you laughing at? We're not done here yet."
"Huh? We're… not done?" The next second, Yuki's eyes flew wide.
Right in front of her, the earthbound-spirit crab and Turbo Granny fused together!! The crab's six legs had literally been swapped out for human thighs. Those stretched, twisted giant eyes looked like some kind of graffiti smeared across the crab's shell. Two noses and two mouths overlapped each other like someone was messing around with a character creator.
"It's ugly on a different level!!!"
Takumi's expression almost cracked as he said it, turning his head away because he honestly couldn't bear to look. Seeing it herself, Yuki couldn't help but nod along in agreement.
Looking at the two of them, Turbo Granny let out a furious shriek.
"You youngsters have no respect for your elders at all. I'm going to eat you both whole—now hurry up and run! If the prey doesn't try to escape, there's no excitement in the hunt!!"
Growling in anger, Turbo Granny even kindly gave them a chance to flee.
Yuki's face went dark, and she snapped back, "I refuse to accept being treated like prey!!"
She was the one who'd invited Takumi out here to hunt, and now the cursed spirit was trying to reverse the roles on her? Her pride wouldn't stand for it.
Fuming, Yuki summoned her shikigami, "Garuda."
"[Star Rage]!"
She poured a terrifying amount of hypothetical weight into the Garuda, then casually crumpled it into a sphere and spun around into a flying kick.
The weightless ball instantly turned into a cannon shell, tearing through the air as it shot toward Turbo Granny.
Just as the Garuda was about to slam into her, the newly fused Turbo Granny exploded with unimaginable speed.
Whoosh!!!
Her massive body abruptly accelerated to one hundred kilometers per hour, dodging the Garuda with ridiculous ease.
The Garuda blew through her afterimage, slamming straight into the shattered cliff wall behind her.
RUMBLE!!!
The mountainside erupted, a massive crater blasted open like it had just taken a direct missile hit.
Yuki didn't even have time to re-summon the Garuda before Turbo Granny's gigantic body was already barreling down on her.
"With a body that big, how is her speed completely unaffected!?"
Yuki practically screamed, right on the edge of a mental breakdown as she clenched her fist and charged, but compared to Turbo Granny's speed, hers might as well have been in slow motion.
Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh!!
After dozens of exchanged blows, Yuki still hadn't so much as brushed the hem of Turbo Granny's clothes. Instead, Turbo Granny took full advantage of her boosted speed, swinging a gigantic claw down at her.
WHAM!!!
The heavy blow smashed straight into Yuki's torso.
She was like a mosquito slapped against a wall, splattering against the ground with a single smack. If she hadn't protected her body with cursed energy in time, she'd already be a puddle of paste.
"Cough, cough!"
Spitting up a few mouthfuls of blood, Yuki looked helplessly toward Takumi, who was still spectating.
"Hey! A little help here? I'm the client, you know—stop just standing there watching the show!!!"
Seeing her look to him for help, Takumi couldn't hold in his laughter.
"Hahaha~~ You're a special-grade sorcerer. If I step in, doesn't that cheapen your title? Yuki, where's your domain? Why aren't you using it?"
With him still gloating like this, Yuki completely broke down.
"Turbo Granny's abilities hard-counter me—I can't even touch her! My domain… just look for yourself."
"[Domain Expansion]!"
Yuki instantly deployed her domain, but the very next moment, the overlapping domain of Turbo Granny and the earthbound-spirit crab came crashing down.

Yuki's domain was crushed down to a two-inch circle around her feet—might as well have not cast it at all.
Seeing that, Takumi was honestly having a great time.
"Hahahaha!! I actually feel bad for you."
"Then hurry up and—"
Before Yuki could finish, Turbo Granny brought both claws down together in a heavy smash.
Even before the claws landed, Yuki could feel the gust of wind tearing past her. If that hit connected, she was going to die!!!
Just as her voice cut off, a streak of radiant light filled her vision. Takumi simply brought his hand up like a blade and swung forward.
The raw force from his wrist shattered the air, and the surging telekinesis stretched that force out into a blade.
In an instant, a brilliant arc of sword-light cleaved forth, slicing clean through Turbo Granny's massive claws and shearing them off.
"What!?" As Turbo Granny shrieked, both enormous claws crashed to the ground.
Right in front of her, Takumi calmly reached out, touched them with both hands, and began to absorb them—devouring house-sized crab claws in the blink of an eye.
Every cell in his body secreted digestive fluids, breaking down the rich crab meat along with the shell and absorbing it all.
"Oh ho ho! Delicious. It might be a spiritual body, but with how dense that cursed energy is, it's basically no different from real meat!"
[Spirit-Devourer (Blue)] and [Overeat (Purple)] activated at the same time, converting the digested claws into nourishment that made him stronger.
Takumi's aura ticked upward by the tiniest margin—and even that tiny increase was enough to excite him.
"You sneaky little brat!!!"
Claws severed, Turbo Granny howled as she charged.
She wanted to use her extreme speed and massive body to flatten Takumi in one go, but the moment she entered her top-speed state, she suddenly saw something that filled her with absolute terror.
The man who should have appeared frozen—or at least slowed down—in her perspective suddenly looked up, meeting her gaze head-on.
"You thought I was slow, did you?"
Takumi's light, airy voice traveled straight into Turbo Granny's ears without any medium at all.
"This is bad!!!"
Alarm bells exploded in her mind, but it was already too late. Takumi's figure vanished, reappearing right in front of her as if he'd teleported.
Fast. Way too fast. Faster than her one-hundred-kilometer-per-hour sprint, by far!
"How can a human possibly be this— boom!!!"
Turbo Granny didn't even get to finish the sentence before Takumi's heavy punch tore through her torso. The force of his blow, enough to shatter mountains and cut off peaks, ripped her body apart like paper.
As the cursed spirit's body exploded, Takumi unleashed a devouring black hole while simultaneously pouring out magic.

The Hundred-Ghosts Compendium flipped page after page, sucking the cursed spirit's shattered remains out of the air and into its pages..
