I'm currently stocking up my backlog since I'm contractually obligated to lock in now. For that reason, I'm going to be taking a few days off to really perfect the chapters I have written and improve the outline for the chapters not yet written. It should only take a few days (definitely not a week or anything... you'll barely miss me!). Now seems like the best time; before I go premium and before I'm locked into a technically-NOT-required-but-definitely-required 2 chapters a day schedule. When I return, I'll see about a mass release, but I think I'd rather save that for when I go premium. We'll see.
Speaking of, I won't be going premium until around Chapter 40 or so, which SHOULD be very close to, if not right at the end of this first Volume. I feel like that's fair. I'm new to this site in general, so let me know how I should go about this. Is that a good time? Should I just finish out the first volume? Should I go premium on a cliffhanger instead? I'd love to hear some advice before the day comes. I'm not sure if I can control pricing, but if I can, I'll try to make them as low as I can afford to while still being profitable.
Anywho, I'm very excited for you all to see what's to come! Volumes 1-4 are all fairly light in overall plot. Character building is the main focus (which you'll notice more of in v2 when you guys meet M̶e̶r̶e̶d̶i̶t̶h̶), but v5 is where the overarching PLOT really picks up in a major way, culminating in v7's ending and the end of this story's first act BUT I DIGRESS I'M JUST EXCITED AAAAAA!!!
Please support the story however you can, because I want to be able to write this for as long as possible. Thank you all for your support up to this point. It's truly been a heartwarming experience. Not gonna bore you by recounting my entire writing journey, but this is easily the most validating day I've ever had as a writer, full stop. Thank you all for reading! I love you all!!!
