After the Star Pirates successfully defeated the Admiral Aokiji and the 'Hero of the Marines' Garpina, it had, surprisingly, deterred more pirates to go out into sea, due to the aggressiveness of the Star Pirates on immoral pirate crews.
The World Government, catching wind of the unexplainable ability from Roya, are now finally taking action against the Star Pirates by sending multiple CP members, and one of their top tier fighters as well to meet up with Akainu and Kizaru's fleet.
The Yonko, especially Big Mom and Kaido, were not surprised at the fact that Roya had won, and his Yonko status had become even more true, and his place in the world is getting more stronger, closer and closer to becoming King of the World and King of the Pirates.
3 days after the incident near the remains of God Valley, Roya is sat near the simulation room, testing out his Cursed Technique Construction while waiting for the participants to get ready.
After a few minutes, the fighters arrive, while the spectators go inside to watch from an imaginary stand.
Issha:"Good luck, Roya."
"I don't need luck Issha, it's just a sparring match against all of you."
Alvida:"I mean, aren't you at the same level as someone like Big Mom?"
"I don't know, but I'll most likely win due to my maximum technique and durability."
Kuina:"Enough talk, let's just enter."
Roya gets up, and waits for all of them to enter, ignoring all of the flirty behaviour directed towards him.
As soon as they finished going in, Roya enters the door into the simulation room.
A large city pops up, just like the ones on this Earth, and Roya spawns on top of a building, around the middle of the city, with a timer.
"Is this a battlefield? It's only me against them all, so why is it like this."
Roya uses Observation Haki to check his surroundings, and finds where Issha is, which he manages to find, and starts to prepare.
He uses Star Rage to see how it fairs against the Zushi-Zushi No Mi.
Roya wraps Garuda around his body, and jumps off the building into the ground.
He gets up like nothing happened, and rushes to where Issha is, who is also running towards him as well.
After a few moments, they both finally meat each other, with the rest not close to her.
Roya tries to land a punch, but Issha blocks his fist with her sword, and is able to contend with him at base form.
Roya wraps Garuda around his fist, and sends her away with a punch.
Roya proceeds to run towards her, and has the advantage of strength over her.
Issha manages to slice towards Roya, but it only manages to damage give a little cut on his body.
Roya uses Garuda to wrap around her, but suddenly, gravity suddenly increases severalfold, and Roya loses balance.
Issha takes advantage of this and sends a sword strike right on him at point blank range, sending him flying through multiple buildings.
A trail of blood is left over, while Issha starts to bring many of the buildings and debris into the sky, covering the sun.
Roya gets up and, seeing the sky filled with debris, decides to switch to his Cursed Technique MBA, and disappears with electricity.
While Issha finally finishes bringing debris high into the sky, Roya appears above her, and as he is about to punch her into the ground, she disappears.
The debris, now crumpled into a large ball, suddenly crashes into Roya, causing a huge shockwave to occur.
Lawe and Issha watch in the distance as one of their tactics worked, but suddenly it explodes, and electricity shoots up into the sky, forming grey clouds.
Issha and Lawe head towards the clouds into the sky, but suddenly see Roya charging up in the sky.
Issha is teleported towards Roya, who dodges her attack and sends electric discharge at her, which slightly skims her arm, burning it slightly.
Lawe tries to use Shock Willie on Roya, but he comes in fast towards Lawe, and kicks her towards the ground.
Roya turns back, while still charging up, and rushes towards Issha, who gets ready to clash with him.
Roya lands a punch on Issha, who senses the lack of strength compared to Star Rage, but his speed his so much more faster than in Star Rage.
Roya catches Issha off-guard, and sends electric discharge from behind, and burning her despite her use of Armament Haki.
Suddenly, Roya gets attacked from all angles by all of the users of the Germa suits, which include all of the Vinsmokes.
Roya first attacks Judica, the strongest of them, and is able to easily over power her and send her into the ground.
He then sends all of the pent up electricity around him, disabling the suits easily, and getting them out of the fight.
Roya lands back down, and is caught between Zora and Kuina's strikes, which he blocks with his forearms.
Roya suddenly feels gravity increase again, and gets ready to use Star Rage again to go against Issha.
Issha comes from above to attack, but Roya sends both Zora and Kuina flying through buildings, and Roya blocks the strike, sending a shockwave.
Roya and Issha exchange lots of blows, but due to Issha's durability and endurance being worse than Roya's, she gets sent flying out of the battlefield.
Lucy comes in and sends Elephant Gun, which is blocked by Roya, and is brought in close to get dragged around and sent flying through many buildings.
Lami and Lawe arrive, and start to catch Roya off-guard while teleporting with the debris around Roya.
After many attacks, Roya makes Garuda start to pump virtual mass into his heart, beginning his supernova form.
Lawe and Lami manage to send a few Shock Willies, but Roya is able to tank them all.
Suddenly, Roya catches Lawe and punches her into the ground, almost knocking her out, but is managed to be teleported out thanks to Lami.
Issha comes back, and starts to become serious, with the scene of meteors coming from the sky.
Roya, thinking if he should leave Garuda on his body, or tell it to destroy the meteors, decides to keep it on his body and clashes with Issha once again.
Issha sends a strike that leaves a cut spanning across his body, but Roya lands a hit square on her stomach, making her puke blood, and sent flying.
Roya coughs blood and stares into the sky, seeing the timer now says 3 minutes left.
Zora and Kuina sends slashes towards Roya, who easily tanks the strike.
Roya, sensing Lucy's Gomu Gomu No Elephant Gatling, matches her punching strength and speed, not being affected by the sudden attacks sent by all three of them.
Suddenly, Issha appears out of nowhere and sends a strike at Roya, who is sent into the ground, forming a crater, and is suddenly hit by meteor, decimating the city further with a huge shockwave.
Roya, finally, goes into supernova, and melts the meteor, making lava spew around the landscape.
Roya gets out, and instantly heads towards Issha, who struggles to match Roya's pace, and is sent flying, making Roya chase her down.
Issha, in the sky, watches as a bright light gets closer towards her, and shows Roya pulling back a strike with Garuda tangled onto his arm.
"Celestial Punch!!!"
Black Flash!!!
Roya lands a punch directly at her chest, blocked with her arms, which caves in, and with the addition of a Black Flash, Issha is sent towards the ground, unconscious.
The force of the punch caves in the city, making it decimate entirely, showing no buildings in sight.
The timer hits 0, and everything resets, presenting the spectators that have watched the fight.
They have a small talk about who won, but it is extremely short.
