Accompanied by the transformation sound effect, Raven's entire body was covered by the red photon blood frame.
He successfully transformed into Kamen Rider Faiz.
He then took a leap from the high-rise building, soaring downward.
At this moment, the battling TheBee, facing a Kabuto who was continuously defending without retaliating, spoke in utter confusion, "Why won't you fight back?!"
"I have no reason to fight you." Tendo effortlessly dodged TheBee's attacks.
But Yaguruma continued his relentless offense, "Headquarters has already designated Kabuto as an enemy! You only follow the orders of Headquarters?"
"Those outside the organization have no right to be a Rider!"
Yaguruma's kick forced Kabuto back, sending him tumbling down a flight of steps and rolling several times on the ground.
Kabuto, now on the pavement, was immediately met with suppressive fire from the ZECTroopers.
But just then, a figure descended from the sky.
It appeared before Kabuto and TheBee, who was attempting to continue his attack.
It was Raven, transformed into Faiz.
"Who is that?" Yaguruma looked at the new Rider figure before him, dumbfounded.
Tendo, on the other side, also looked over in surprise. Isn't that the mysterious Rider who stole my kill last time? He hasn't appeared since.
"No matter who it is, don't get in the way! Attack!" Yaguruma quickly made his judgment.
The ZECTroopers fired upon Raven as well.

So far, he hadn't used any excessive power beyond Super Acceleration. Yet, he still demonstrated overwhelming superiority, suppressing both Kabuto and TheBee with his exceptional combat technique.
This couldn't help but shock Tendo. This mysterious Rider is actually this powerful!
Yaguruma was even more alarmed. "Who exactly is this guy? Is this a new Rider System developed by Headquarters?"
Far away, Kagami, who had arrived late, immediately saw his respected Yaguruma and Tendo both being utterly thrashed by a single person.

As he canceled the time stop, Kabuto and TheBee, having lost their target, were hit by each other's finishing moves.

Kagami, watching this from a distance, suddenly widened his eyes. He had clearly seen that Raven was about to be struck by both TheBee's and Kabuto's Finishers. At that range, there was absolutely no space to dodge.

Tendo was lying on the ground, sustaining serious injuries, his eyes filled with confusion. What kind of speed was that? Is it the ability to Clock Up at will?
