The moment Kouta acquires this power, his body will undergo Over Lord transformation. He will cease to be human.
As her brother-in-law, Raven would naturally not allow Kouta to walk that path again. Becoming a god is not necessarily a good thing for Kouta.
The final Golden Fruit should be left to his own hands to control. After all, in this world, the current contenders for the fruit are all too weak compared to him. Aside from "Silly Orange" Kouta, who might be able to offer a slight resistance with Kachidoki Arms, any concern is simply overthinking it.
Thus, Raven decided to take the initiative.

"Wait a minute... I don't understand anything you two are talking about..." Akira's mind was in chaos. Too much information was thrown at her at once. One moment, everything outside was calm, and the next, it had turned into a mess.
It seems her premonition from a while ago was correct.
"Kazuraba-san, there's no need to worry. Raven-san will resolve these troubles," Touka reassured Akira.
She, too, was ready for battle at any moment. She must protect Akira. This was the instruction Raven had given her.
At this very moment, Kouta was finally about to use the power of the Kachidoki Lockseed to fight Demushu. The situation where he and Kaito were overwhelmed moments ago was now about to be reversed by Kachidoki Arms.
"Who will ultimately grasp the final Golden Fruit?" DJ Sagara watched the battle from the perspective of an observer.
In his hand, he was currently toying with a shimmering, multicolored Kiwami Lockseed. This was a part of the Golden Fruit's power.
"DJ Sagara."
A voice came from behind. Sagara, wrapped in a scarf and dressed in exotic clothing, turned around curiously. He saw Raven slowly walking towards him.
"Interesting. You are indeed very special; even I couldn't sense your approach." DJ Sagara said to Raven, his eyes full of curiosity.
"Why did you choose Kouta Kazuraba?" Raven deliberately asked him.
"Why did I choose him?" DJ Sagara toyed with the Kiwami Lockseed in his hand, a playful look on his face. "It was the Woman of the Beginning who first piqued my interest in him, but now I'm also curious to see how far he can go."
"So you've already decided that the Golden Fruit will go to him?" Raven pressed.
"Not at all. Anyone who can fight to the end and emerge victorious has a chance to obtain the Golden Fruit. I just gave him a little special opportunity, that's all." DJ Sagara denied, adding, "A game can't be completely without suspense, after all."
"Is that so?" Raven's lips curled up. Even against Kouta in his ultimate form, he believed he could win. However, they had no reason to fight each other. Even if he wanted to, Kouta wouldn't agree.
"The Golden Fruit is currently in the hands of the Over Lord King, Rosyuo. He doesn't plan to obediently hand it over to humanity; instead, he intends to use it to revive his Queen. Even if we determine a winner among us, it'll probably be difficult to obtain the Golden Fruit, won't it?" Raven posed the question he was most concerned about.

This left the wounded Kaito stunned. What on earth was Yggdrasill thinking?
Seeing this, Raven immediately pulled out the Kachidoki Melon Lockseed he hadn't used yet, intending to settle the fight with Demushu in one go.
"This thing..." DJ Sagara was extremely shocked when he saw the Lockseed Raven took out.
