The next morning.
Yakushi Nonō covered her mouth and couldn't help letting out a small hiccup.
"Nonō, do you want to eat a bit more?" Yuzuru asked with concern.
"No, I'm already really full…" Nonō waved her hands hurriedly, rubbing her round little belly with a shy smile. "Lord Yuzuru, I still need to discuss the orphanage with Mabui and the others, so I'll be heading out first."
Watching Nonō flee in embarrassment, Yuzuru finished the rest of his breakfast in just a few bites.
Recalling what had happened the night before, he couldn't help muttering to himself, "After drinking alcohol, body temperature really does go up…"
Shaking his head to stop himself from overthinking, Yuzuru headed toward the Uchiha compound.
The moment he stepped into the courtyard, he saw Obito sitting on a stone bench, fidgeting restlessly and scratching at his head, clearly anxious.
"Obito, why are you here so early in the morning?"
Hearing Yuzuru's voice, Obito immediately jumped up and ran over. "Brother Yuzuru, I finally found you!"
"Where have you been these past few days?"
Yuzuru frowned. "What do you want with me?"
Obito let out a sheepish laugh, rubbing his hands together. "Brother Yuzuru, could I ask you for a favor?"
"What kind of favor?"
Obito answered at once, "I have a colleague whose disciple has a bit of a physical problem. She wants to ask you to take a look."
Yuzuru snorted. "You're coming to me for something like that? If there's a medical issue, go to the Konoha Hospital. If that doesn't work, you could even ask Rin."
"Do you really think I'm that free, that everything has to come to me?"
Is there anyone more idle than you?
Obito complained silently in his heart, but kept smiling on the surface. "Brother Yuzuru, she's already been to the Konoha Hospital. Even they didn't have any solution, which is why she wanted to seek you out."
"I've already promised her. Just help me out this once, okay? Otherwise everyone will laugh at me."
Yuzuru wasn't moved in the slightest. "Then let them laugh. You've played the clown more than once already."
Seeing that Yuzuru had no intention of helping, Obito said dejectedly, "Then I'll be leaving. I'll have to let Kurenai go look for someone else."
Kurenai?
Yuzuru raised an eyebrow and calmly called out, stopping him. "That said, Obito, you've followed me since you were little. I can't let you lose too much face."
"Fine. I'll go take a look myself."
The sudden turn of events made Obito instantly overjoyed. "Brother Yuzuru, I knew you treated me the best!"
When Obito rushed over, trying to hug him, Yuzuru kicked him away without hesitation.
"Get lost."
"Roger that!"
Obito rolled away neatly, while Yuzuru headed to the backyard.
Although Obito hadn't said much, Yuzuru already had a rough guess.
The one Kurenai wanted help for was probably Kurama Yakumo.
In the original story, because of her physical condition, Kurama Yakumo lost her qualifications to become a ninja.
Later, her inner demon grew out of control, and she used the Kurama clan's bloodline ability to personally kill her own parents.
After Naruto, Sasuke, and the others graduated from the Ninja Academy, they successfully eliminated her inner demon.
But from that point on, Kurama Yakumo never appeared again. She likely passed away not long after.
After all, her body wasn't something that could be fixed simply by removing an inner demon.
Lost in thought, Yuzuru arrived at the backyard and saw Tsunade playing mahjong with Pakura and the others.
"Tsunade, I need you to come out with me for something," Yuzuru said.
Tsunade asked curiously, "What is it?"
"To treat a patient," Yuzuru replied simply. "The details will have to wait until we get there."
Tsunade nodded. "Got it. Let me finish this round first. I've been bored staying at home anyway."
As she spoke, she discarded a useless tile.
The next second, Pakura, Kushina, and Konan all pushed their tiles forward at once. "Win!"
Tsunade's mouth twitched. "Damn it, I lost again!"
Yuzuru laughed and pulled her up. "Better that you lost. If you'd won, then I'd really be worried."

———
Satomi Hill Villa.
Murakumo Kurama and Uroko Kurama looked at Kurenai with hopeful expressions. "Kurenai, how did that matter you mentioned go?"
Kurenai said helplessly, "My friend said that Lord Yuzuru hasn't been home recently, so nothing has been confirmed yet."
Hearing this, Murakumo and Uroko exchanged glances, both showing a trace of disappointment on their faces.
As expected…
Lord Yuzuru wasn't someone who could be invited so easily.
No longer holding out hope, Murakumo comforted her, "Kurenai, there's no need to rush this matter. Just let things take their natural course."
"We haven't told Yakumo about any of this, so there's no need to worry about her feeling disappointed."
After hearing his words, Kurenai had nothing more to say. "I understand. If there's any news, I'll come inform you immediately."
Just as Kurenai was about to stand up and take her leave, a ripple of spatial distortion appeared in the room. The next moment, Yuzuru and Tsunade appeared together.
Murakumo, Uroko, and Kurenai all froze, then dropped to their knees in delight.
"Greetings, Lord Yuzuru! Greetings, Lady Tsunade!"
Kurenai hadn't lied—Yuzuru had actually come!
Kurenai quietly let out a sigh of relief, the weight in her heart finally easing.
That Obito really wasn't just all talk. He had actually managed to bring Lord Yuzuru here.
Yuzuru merely nodded in acknowledgment and went straight to the point. "Kurenai, Obito said your disciple has a physical problem, so I brought Tsunade along."
"Take us to see her."
Kurenai immediately stood up. "Yes."
Murakumo and Uroko followed closely behind as the group headed toward the villa in the back mountain.
Reaching the entrance, Murakumo knocked excitedly on the door. "Yakumo, your illness can be cured!"
"Lord Yuzuru and Lady Tsunade are here! Hurry and come out to greet them!"
As his words fell, the sound of hurried footsteps came from inside. Moments later, the villa door opened.
A pale-faced girl, breathing heavily, appeared before them.
"L-Lord Yuzuru, Lady Tsunade, greetings!" Kurama Yakumo bowed respectfully to the two of them.
If it were anyone else, Yakumo might not have even bothered to acknowledge them.
But although she had long shut herself away from the outside world, she was no stranger to Yuzuru and Tsunade.
One was the most powerful and influential ninja in the world today, and the other was the greatest medical ninja of the era.
With these two present, her illness might truly see a turning point.
