How is this possible, his mind felt confused and proflexed, he felt a sense of intense dread yet he ran.
He ran, that was only thing he could do yet he knew that this mountain was vast, so many things hidden. The identity of the demon lord was there and his army. Yet they didn't harm him. He was beyond annoyed by this. He learned from a young age that demons drank human blood and ate their flash specially the children yet he remind calm. He was in awe by thinking this. His emotions was all over the place.
He stopped on his own, he saw how far he came from that hut yet it wasn't even that far, feeling a sense of wonder he felt he should try to know these demon.
It seems that he had a awakening, what if they are not bad as they seem, what if they , what if that. This "if" haunted him. This question he wanted the answer. That was a main reason he came here without knowing why.
So he went back, yes, he went back to the hut. Slowly moving. Not rushing his movements. Slowly but slowly. Each step he took his heart rate went up. He was scared but he wanted to know. His curiosity was far above his fear. This made him laugh.
The demon looking at this, felt strange. How strange they all thought. Why has this human child returning to the master hut.
They felt strange, they knew the child wasn't a threat. They knew this yet they felt that this child will change many things. Yet they didn't do anything. Yes the lord will handle this matter.
Imp seeing this laughed and said, " don't worry, the lord is half humans while us are fully demonic. He knows the best and we I'll only make mistakes if we make a move. Don't let your arrogance get the best of you"
They all nodded hearing this, yes this was how it should be. They didn't understand human emotions. They don't know these simple things , they only know how to fight, shed blood and eat beside this what else did they know.
Trees and airs gre heavier as Alex took each step, his heart nervous yet fully established in his determination. He was but a child. Yes a naive one at that yet he knew that each step he took will either kill him or give him something beyond his imagination.
Finally few steps later he was before the hut and the Newly built house. He was amazed by that man. How fast he built the house. It was beautiful he thought.
Lionheart heard those movements from the young lad yet didn't do anything, he knew what that kid was up to. He knows his intentions and that was enough for him to stay alive.
Lionheart thought to himself, " the child means no harm to his beloved Mia, if he did than he would have been killed a long time ago"
Ignoring his thoughts, Lionheart stood amongst his demonic creatures, he looked and was satisfied. He thought. How plain it was yet it was enough.
It was almost sunrise, Lionheart felt a sense of calmness. His beloved was gonna be awake soon and when she knows what he did. Surely she will be happy.
This was reasonable, this was his love he thought. A path of demon was hard to come by and hard to complete. A demon lord was naturally bounded to a person through a heavenly binding curse . His life becomes one with their beloved. And this was scary.
Lionheart looked at the demonic creatures, all of them understanding the lord intentions was now disappearing one by one.
Alex seeing this was astonished, he know fully understood that this person who stood around 189 cm was the demon lord.
Lionheart looked at Alex who was hiding behind Bush, feeling intense glare from lionheart , Alex froze on the spot . This was true fear.
Alex understood that this person was telling him to stay behind his limits and not to cross it.
Asura who was observing these events unfold was now before Alex.
He looked and Alex and took a long breath, look child. Why are you here.
Alex who was but a child felt chills run down his spine, this person was powerful.
"U-um even I don't know, my feet moved by itself and before I knew it I was going right through the mountain"
Asura who was now understanding Alex was confused, " his feet moved by itself?"
Alex who saw the frown on asura face was now in deep fear, he quickly put his head down and bowed and said " I swear on my ancestors I had no other intentions than to understand the demon lord "
"So you know that man is the demon lord , a simple observing or, are you a spy" said asura with blazing eyes
"If you are a spy then be ready to die but before that, tell me if it true than I won't do anything but if I find a hint of lie. Your head will be severed"
Alex understanding the situation quickly explained thus saying ," before coming to the mountain I was at my school, i was confused on the fact that demon lord story is incomplete and I wanted to know the reason behind this. Somehow my feet continue to take steps without me knowing, as if my brain had no control over them,"
Wanting to understand the demon lord , how interesting thought asura.
For now I will observe you, countless demons and demonic creatures are observing you. One mistake will end your human life.
You are no longer allowed to leave this mountain, if the outsiders findout that the lord of all demons is here. That is a threat we can't afford.
Alex nodded his head countless time, he would live his entire life here if it means that he will live. This was his life he thought.
Asura seeing this felt a sense of astonishment, and thought to himself " my lord whatever you are thinking, may it be fruitful. I hope letting this child live won't be a disaster"
