Chapter 11 - Chapter 11: Counter-Terrorism Only Requires a List

The most efficient airdrop landing.

 With a chuckle,

The landing capsule opened, and Aozaki and John emerged in casual clothes.

John felt a little uneasy at the strange stares from everyone around him. Compared to himself, a novice who had never seen the world, Aozaki was much calmer.

Location-wise, they were headed to Africa this time. The people and place names there were almost the same as in the real world.

Don't ask why there were black people.

Even members of the same genetic species will adapt to different environments over time; this is called biological adaptation.

Their appearance immediately attracted everyone's attention, a mixture of fear and confusion.

But before they could move, a bullet shot out of the darkness.

 Clack!

The bullet struck Aozaki in the face. A flash of blue light flashed beneath his skin, blocking the bullet's penetration.

But the tremendous force still felt like a devastating blow, twisting Aozaki's neck.

Looking at the disc-like bullet tip on the ground, a murderous expression appeared on Aozaki's face.

He had read the mission instructions carefully.

These people were brainwashed rebels, manipulated by the capitalists to secretly slander the Empire and launch terrorist attacks to prevent the Human Union from joining the Empire.

If these people were truly as formidable as they claimed, Aozaki probably wouldn't have chosen this mission. The key was that the system's exposure of the capitalists' actions had eased any lingering feelings of pity within him.

It's just that these capitalists are still trying to gain leverage to join the Empire through these despicable means, with no regard for the lives of the common people.

People like that deserve to die!

 "Bastard!"

John was startled by the sudden attack and instinctively hid behind Aozaki.

His lips twitched slightly, and Aozaki watched John's unconscious movements, at a loss for what to say. "

Can't you be more capable? Commander, just distribute the mission rewards first. This is for their safety and to bring honor to the Empire, not to embarrass you here!"

Realizing his own humiliation, John coughed awkwardly.

Then he said sullenly, "Brother Aozaki, get some rest. I'll take care of these little Karamis."

Aozaki nodded. "Hurry! Our target is the capitalists hiding behind the scenes. We'll take care of these little lackeys."

John nodded solemnly, blue light glinting in his eyes as the nanocells transformed by the nano-colonization suit released their energy.

Locking onto his target, John shot into a shadow and crashed through the wall, quickly emerging with a white man in his arms.

 "!@#¥%!"

The man's eyes widened in fear, his mouth uttering English words begging for mercy.

Seeing John still hesitant, Aozaki snorted, "Do you need my help?"

John's eyes narrowed, and with a gentle right fist, the man met his god.

Like trash thrown onto the street, he and Aozaki rushed into a building, following the system's location.

Soon, a loud gunshot rang out, accompanied by insults and pleas for mercy in various languages.

 "Damn these people!"

John reached the roof and threw the white man in the suit he was holding off the roof. He no longer felt pity or regret.

He had just witnessed a sight that would shock him for the rest of his life.

A large group of women dressed in rags huddled in a house. When they entered, the white pigs were still fidgeting on top of one of them.

Even more outrageous was the presence of underage girls inside.

Although they were in an African slum, the rooms hidden within the dilapidated building were luxuriously decorated, a stark contrast to the ordinary people outside struggling to find a full meal.

Rumble!

A tank surged from around the corner, followed by a large number of soldiers in newly modified Human League uniforms, quickly surrounding the building.

Dressed in their nano-colonial costumes, the two men landed together, looking like handsome superheroes.

"Hello, the commander of the 1st Armored Regiment of the Human League African Army has been ordered to assist!"

Aozaki informed the white man in front of him of the situation inside. The man's expression changed, and he immediately sent troops to assist. Seeing the crying women and children coming out from inside, he cursed with a fierce expression, "Bastards!"

He was responsible for the security of the surrounding area, but he never expected these scoundrels to appear in his own territory. It was

a real slap in the face. But then his expression returned to seriousness.

Such a trivial matter shouldn't require the other party to send troops. He was fully capable of destroying such a criminal stronghold, so why would the higher-ups send troops?

 Did they lack trust?

Recalling his predecessor, the man felt despair.

He knew full well the true nature of his own group; many scandals had originated from within them.

This time, they were probably purging some scoundrels, and because of the fratricide that had sparked rumors, they had sent a third party to handle the matter personally.

It was no wonder his former boss had ordered him to get rid of some of his corrupt subordinates before resigning. This was the reason.

 "Sir!"

Suddenly, one of the soldiers glanced fearfully at Aozaki and John, then whispered something in their ears, making them furious.

It was a tragedy for their families. Those who had been banished from the army had defected to the capitalist side and committed such a heinous act.

Aozaki and John, enhanced by their nano-colonization suits, could naturally hear their whispers, and with the system's translation, there was no misunderstanding.

With a sneer, the two ignored them and headed straight for their next target.

This day was destined to be one the rats lurking in the shadows would never forget.

Equipped with their high-tech nano-colonization suits, the two men attacked mercilessly, killing anyone they found on the system's list. They attacked from day to night, from Africa to Europe, Asia, the Americas... even Antarctica.

John was completely numb until the rebels were wiped out. He

killed until his hands were tired!!!

"Sir, according to my statistics, this bloody crackdown has caused great panic in the Human Alliance community. Public trust in the Empire has dropped by 15 points. Coupled with our firm claims, public trust in us is now approaching 50%!"

On the spaceship, Leon listened to Grey Wind's report with a calm expression.

"Killing isn't the best solution, but it's the quickest. Temporary instability is for greater stability in the future."

Grey Wind stared at Leon, her eyes sparkling.

"What's wrong?" Leon looked at him in confusion; it was the first time he'd seen him like that.

"No," Grey Wind smiled faintly. "Master is becoming more and more like he used to be. His motto in ruling the Empire is to cut the Gordian knot, never compromise or hesitate."

"A satisfying and interesting day passed quickly.

"Noticing the system notification stating that time flows at the same speed in the virtual world as in the real world, Aozaki and Monkey, as per their agreement, were to cut their internet connection if anyone outside noticed they hadn't automatically woken up at the appointed time. So, they said goodbye to John and returned to their private room on the aircraft carrier to log out.

John had already killed quite a few people today, so after seeing the other two exit, he immediately left, as he needed time.
