Aya's weak voice trembled as she looked toward the door, "Miho…?"

I saw a young girl with long blonde hair standing in the doorway. As Aya called her name, I realized she was Aya's sister.
Miho looked at Aya, her eyes wide with fear, "Aya! What happened?"
Semyaza started laughing and said, "Hahaha…more demons…even better!" and he started running toward Miho to attack her.
As I remembered what Aya told me the previous day, I realised Miho had no chances of defending herself since she doesn't have powers anymore.
In that moment, with all the pain I had and with the last bit of power that was left in my body, I got up. I felt a surge of power explode through me.
I dashed behind him and a red lightning started coming out around my arm. I struck him, sending him crashing to the ground. Flames erupted around him, but my hand remained unscathed.
Scared, I realised that the lightning protected me and also burned Semyaza down.
I looked at Miho. She was terrified…no, even more terrified than I was.
"Please, don't hurt me! I don't want to die!" she cried.
I looked at her, not understanding what she meant and told her, "Wait, are you talking to me?"
She crouched down, covering her head with her hands, trying to protect herself. Her whole body was shaking in fear.
I looked at her with sadness and softened my voice, "Miho, my name is Ryuu. I will not hurt you. Semyaza captured Aya and me. Aya gave me a bit of her power so I could fight him, since she couldn't move."
From above, Aya whispered, "Miho, it's alright…you don't have to be scared."
Miho slowly moved her hand away from her face, and I saw her eyes filled with tears. I felt a pang of guilt for scaring her.
She looked at me and, as she wiped her tears away, said, "I'm sorry, I didn't know you two knew each other…"
I looked at her and gently replied, "I am sorry for scaring you, It's okay now. Let's get Aya down from there."
As I began loosening the ropes to bring Aya down, I asked, "Miho, have you lost your powers?"
Miho nodded. "My powers…and my immortality. That's why I was so afraid to die."
"I understand…but how did you find us?" I asked her.
"Even without my powers, I still have a demonic sense." She explained. "I felt a warm wind all of a sudden and followed it here."
"That's exactly what Aya felt too!" I said, gently lowering Aya to the ground.
After getting Aya down, I ran towards her and untied her legs. After that, Aya slowly got up on her feets, as she regained some of her power back.
Aya looked at Miho, with her voice trembling, she said, "Miho, I am so sorry."
Upset, Miho asked, "For what?"
With tears in her eyes, Aya hugged Miho tightly. "I am so sorry for leaving you behind!" she said crying.
