Chapter 91 - Chapter 91

On the ship surrounding the island of the Tower of Paradise, the members of Fairy Tail and the Three Crows alike stared in shock at the meteor tearing through the sky and plummeting at terrifying speed.

The sheer pressure emanating from the falling meteor sent a wave of despair rippling through them. Even under Kael's protective magic, they could feel it—this gave a glimpse of the overwhelming force Kael was facing.

The Three Crows had been following the meteor's descent from above, their spirits sinking with each passing second. They never imagined anyone could unleash such powerful magic—it was no wonder he was one of the Ten Saints.

"Kael… every time it comes to this, you always charge forward!!"

"Kael… you'll be okay, right?!"

"Damn it, I have to get over there… this attack… ugh… gag"

"It's fine, this sort of attack is nothing to Kael."

"Right! Trust him, Natsu!"

Lucy and Jubia at the front still worried about Kael's situation, while Natsu anxiously struck at the magical shield, unable to break through. His frustration showed in his tense expression, veins standing out across his forehead. It was Gray who finally placed a hand on his shoulder, calming him down.

Happy fluttered her little wings behind him, concerned but still gently coaxing Natsu.

Erza, Hugh, and Milliana stood in silence, eyes fixed on the island, their faces etched with worry.

Kana, though deeply concerned for Kael, maintained an unusual calmness, almost serene.

"Kael… very well. Once this is over, I'll show you exactly how I deal with you!!!"

Even Lucy and Jubia sensed Kana's unusual emotions and silently sent prayers for Kael's safety.

...

"Hahaha! Now let's see how you resist this, Kael! With you gone, my plan will finally come to fruition, hahahaha!"

Kael's eyes focused on Jerar, who laughed maniacally in the sky. His heart tightened—Jerar's mind appeared completely overtaken by the dark forces, no longer the person Kael once knew.

From above, Jerar fantasized about Kael's defeat, a wild joy surging inside him. Though Kael's magic was formidable, Jerar believed that under the might of nature itself, no one could resist.

"Don't get cocky, Jerar. You should watch yourself!"

Kael too was taken aback by the meteor looming overhead. Such magic could only truly be felt when faced directly. Even the air pressure alone caused cracks to form on the ground.

He rotated the spearhead in his hand at tremendous speed, compressing it to intensify its sharpness. When he launched it, the rush of wind buffeted the ship violently, forcing it to sway.

The Council on the mainland also detected two abnormal energy readings.

"Damn it… we've been played this time!"

"Good thing we called Kael over."

"Hopefully Kael can capture Jerar."

"Yeah… we nearly made a dangerous decision ourselves."

The councilors hurriedly coordinated staff to retrieve any usable equipment, aiming to connect with the Tower of Paradise's garden.

"Alert! Two massive energy surges detected!"

A frog-like staff member delivered the report, the councilors anxiously waiting for more details.

"Quick! Transfer the images!"

The massive crystal orb before them flickered to life, revealing Kael's magic colliding with Jerar's.

From a distant vantage point above the battlefield…

In the infinite darkness of night, a massive spear of magic tore across the sky like a golden lightning bolt, illuminating the stars as it raced toward the enormous meteor.

The meteor floated like a small mountain in the void, radiating an oppressive weight. Its surface was pocked and jagged, shaped by atmospheric pressure.

When Kael's spear struck the meteor, the entire starry sky seemed to tremble. A blinding light erupted, as bright as the sun, enveloping the meteor. Within that brilliance, immense power surged, as if threatening to consume the universe itself.

The meteor erupted in a deafening roar upon impact, energy waves radiating outward with bone-chilling force. Massive cracks spread across its surface like a spiderweb, horrifying to behold.

Repeated strikes of Kael's spear caused the meteor to fracture further, transforming into a violent energy storm. The storm roared like a beast, consuming all in its path. The starry sky itself seemed on the verge of collapse.

"Ahhhh!"

"So strong…"

"Everyone, hold on tight!"

Gigantic waves and debris were swept up by the energy waves, crashing toward the ship. It nearly shattered, but Kael's protective magic absorbed the remaining force.

Jubia and Lucy combined their magic again, using fusion magic to control the waves and calm the storm as much as possible.

They survived this terrifying moment safely.

Jerar stared in disbelief at the outcome: a massive meteor obliterated by a single spear, piercing the clouds and racing toward the moon.

"Impossible… this is impossible."

"Oh? And why is that impossible?" Kael's voice suddenly rang from behind Jerar. Before he could react, a tremendous force slammed him backward.

Boom!

He crashed into a deep crater, struggling fiercely, eyes full of hatred for Kael.

Kael appeared again as a flash of light at the edge of the crater.

"Don't worry… I'll leave Jerar to Erza to deal with!"

"Though… I'll have to pull that darkness from his mind first."

Kael rested his chin on his hand, deep in thought, yet still keeping some focus on Jerar.

At this point, Jerar was completely immobilized, his magic nearly depleted, leaving him with no chance of resistance.
