Chapter 99 - Chapter 99 – Early Morning Visitors

Ais felt warmth all over her body—no trace of joint pain remained.

When she opened her eyes, she realized this wasn't her own room. Her gaze wandered for a moment before settling on Tsuna, and then her hazy memories clicked into place.

Right… I came to Tsuna's room yesterday.

"Mmm~ being soaked in the healing liquid feels so nice."

She lifted her hand from the transparent bath. Her skin wasn't swollen or pruny from the long soak—only a deep sense of comfort, as if her whole body had been mended.

After a quick stretch, Ais confirmed the ache in her joints was completely gone. That meant her body had fully recovered.

The effect was far better than drinking medicine or visiting the Dian Cecht Familia for treatment.

"Hm… if something happens next time, I can just come to Tsuna. He'll definitely have a way to help."

"…But showing up too often probably isn't good either."

Ais knew it was impolite to keep troubling someone. Riveria had taught her that asking for help required humility.

"Then… I'll ask Tsuna what he needs next time."

Only through fair exchange could relationships stay healthy. If she needed Tsuna's help, then she should offer something in return.

That was only reasonable.

Pop pop!

A knock echoed through the room. Ais glanced toward Tsuna—he was still asleep. So she simply stood up from the bath, not even bothering to put her clothes back on, and went to open the door.

Standing outside were Tiona and Tione.

"Ais?"

Both sisters froze, shock written across their faces.

"What are you doing in Tsuna's room?"

"Healing."

As usual, Ais's brief reply explained everything.

"My joints hurt after training. Elixirs are too expensive, so I came to Tsuna for help."

The twins immediately exchanged an ah, that makes sense kind of look.

They understood all too well what she meant by Elixirs are too expensive. As second-tier Adventurers, most of their money went into weapons—maintenance, upgrades, replacements—so even they felt guilty using an Elixir.

"Yeah, those damn Elixirs are way too pricey…"

"Especially the ones from the Dian Cecht Familia. They work wonders, sure, but the price is insane."

Tione couldn't help grumbling, and Tiona nodded in agreement.

Elixirs could heal nearly any wound, but the cost was outrageous. For low-level Adventurers, owning just one was basically having a second life. Yet a single bottle cost more than what a rookie could earn in a month.

Even high-level Adventurers couldn't afford to splurge. They had far too many expenses—especially weapon upkeep, which drained gold faster than anything else.

Tione peeked into the room and spotted Tsuna still floating inside a transparent bath.

In the corner stood another identical bath—Ais's clothes were neatly folded beside it, confirming she had spent the night soaking there.

"Ah, I knew something was off when Tsuna tried to change the subject last night. So this is what he was hiding."

There was a hint of envy in Tione's tone as she asked, unable to resist, "Ais, when exactly did you make plans with Tsuna?"

"I didn't." Ais shook her head. "I just felt uncomfortable yesterday and asked him to help."

Tione's eyes flickered, her lips curling upward slightly.

"I see. So it wasn't prearranged."

"Next time, Tsuna should really invite me and Tiona too if it's a healing bath like that."

She leaned forward, curious. "Ais, how does it feel?"

Hearing her interest, Ais perked up and nodded seriously.

"It's very effective. When the healing liquid covers your whole body, it feels warm, and the pain goes away almost immediately. It's not like soaking in water—you don't get that bloated feeling, and it's really comfortable."

"Oooh~ really?"

Before Ais could even react, Tiona had already stripped and slid straight into the other bath.

The moment her body sank in, warmth spread from head to toe. It was like basking under gentle sunlight—soothing, addictive, impossible to dislike.

"Mmm so comfy makes you not wanna get up~"

"Honestly, Tsuna's so unfair! Having something this good and not telling us? If I'd known, I'd have stayed the night like Ais!"

Watching her sister stretch and relax with bliss all over her face, Tione couldn't help feeling a pang of jealousy.

"Tiona! How could you just hog it all to yourself? What about me?"

Without hesitation, she started stripping too and forced her way into the same bath.

"Hey, Tione, don't push!"

"Oh please, like you left me any room!"

Thankfully, both sisters were slim, and the bath was large enough that squeezing in together was just barely possible.

"Tiona, Tione, don't wake Tsuna," Ais reminded softly.

The twins froze for a moment, then both turned to check—Tsuna was still fast asleep.

Exchanging a look, they quietly lay back, each taking a side, perfectly content.

It was a tight fit, but the warmth and comfort made up for it.

The soreness from yesterday's training melted away instantly, replaced by a cozy heat that felt almost luxurious.

Tiona and Tione's expressions softened into pure relaxation.

"So next time we get hurt, we're just coming here," Tiona murmured. "Tsuna's bound to have a fix."

"Agreed." Tione nodded firmly.

Tsuna's abilities really were too versatile. For any tricky problem, he was becoming their first instinct to rely on.

Seeing them soaking contentedly, Ais stepped aside, slipped into her regular outfit, and straightened her hair.

"Tiona, Tione, I'll be heading back."

"Mm okay"

Both sisters waved lazily, still half-drowsy from the comfort.

Ais gave a small nod, gathered her things, and quietly left Tsuna's room—leaving the twins to enjoy their newfound morning paradise.
