I stood and watched as their vehicles left one after the other with nothing that I could do to get Rowan back.
Things have gotten much worse, how can I ask Zach for more money? That is not even an option.
I didn't move until the car disappeared out of sight and I was left alone in front of the casino with no idea what to do next.
I looked back at Dad, he was still sprawled on the floor and didn't move, he was either
out cold or just dead. But neither of that is my business.
That's how much I have come to hate him, I didn't even spare him a glance as I walked past him towards the bus station.
The only clear thing now is I have to return home for now, I will have to figure out what to do next or maybe who to turn to for help.
I was a short distance away from the bus station when a car suddenly stopped in front of me.
All black with tinted windows, the headlights blasted light into my eyes and it blinded me for a few seconds until I recovered.
