"Follow me," he said, already walking off.
I followed behind him as he walked through the lodge. He said nothing, and soon we were back in his room.
"Have a seat," he said, as he leaned against the wall with his arms crossed.
"I prefer to stand."
"Suit yourself," he shrugged. "I wanted to talk to you about my father. Did he say anything to you before he died?"
"He didn't really get the chance to."
"Right, of course he didn't, what was I thinking?" Kaelen looked a little dejected when he heard my answer.
"He was too busy facing off against Danzo and the moon princess and all the werewolves who surrounded him."
"Did he really face off against so many threats all by himself?"
