As shooting for the day went on,midday sun was warm on set, and George found a quiet spot under a shade to sip his coffee. A moment later, Leo joined him, holding a bottle of water.
"She looks good today, well rested," Leo said, glancing toward where Lydia was laughing with Kendra. "Thanks for taking good care of her last night."
George gave a small smile. "No need to thank me, anything for her. Though I've been wondering..why did you call me last night? You could have taken her to her house."
Leo grinned. "Because I'm a man, and I see how you look at her. It's the same way I do. Only... only deeper."
George's tone sharpened slightly. "And how exactly do I look at her?"
Leo chuckled. "Like she is your world. And I get it. Look man, I'm nice, but not that nice. I gave you a free pass because you two go way back, and she said somethings last night that made me realise something..but I can take it all back and ask her out myself."
George smirked. "Maybe she won't say yes to you. She sees you as more of a brother. I'm I right?"
Leo shrugged. "Maybe I should try and find out."
George laughed quietly. "Thanks, man. She means a lot to me. You have no idea."
Leo shot him a teasing look. "Then act fast, or someone else might."
George's smile turned thoughtful. "Don't worry. I have a plan."
Before Leo could reply, the director's voice rang across the set. "Alright, people! Back to work!"
