"What was that all about?" George asked as soon as Elara stepped out of the room.
"Nothing," She didn't elaborate, and George didn't push it either.
He just glared at Daniel before rolling his eyes.
What was he doing? The man was practically in love with his sister. And now that he had asked him to protect her as long as he loved her, there was no going back.
"Can you cook?" She asked George, who arched his brows.
"He can." Elara pointed to Daniel, who was leaning on the doorframe, his gaze trained on his phone as he read the latest reports on the rogue gang members they had recently caught, who were found snooping near their bases.
