"Gray Wolf!" White Crow watched as Gray Wolf was encircled in the distance. He raised his rifle, sighted for a moment, then lowered it. Fearing a stray shot might hit the target, he instead pulled out his Dagger and ran toward Gray Wolf's position.
Roar!! The commotion caused by the Muscle Zombie drew out a dense swarm of Zombies from the ruins at the intersection. They all rushed toward Wang Zhi and his group, snarling.
Su Muying immediately pulled the pins on two Biochemical Grenades and threw them toward the front of the road.
"Fall back!"
"We can't retreat! Gray Wolf and the others are still up ahead!" You Luo moved forward instead of backward.
"You Luo, come back! those zombies aren't heading for them," Wang Zhi immediately advised when he saw You Luo preparing to support Gray Wolf.
Charging headlong into the horde right now was extremely dangerous; they risked being surrounded too.
