After three rounds of releasing game slots,

So far, one hundred and twenty players have entered the game.

They form different squads, complete tasks, and earn Contribution Points.

With the enhancement of skills like Firearms Proficiency and Close Quarters Combat, plus the cybernetic enhancements provided by Tech-Priest Tena,

The players' combat power is higher than the disorganized, undisciplined cultists and plague zombies.

Players burdened with loans are highly enthusiastic, hardworking and uncomplaining.

They strike out continuously, reclaiming many areas.

Even Tech-Priest Tena felt these Chosen Ones were overly diligent.

Even the servitors seemed somewhat inferior in comparison.

Of course, not all players were out on missions.

Some players with special skills were assigned different jobs by Qin Yun.

For example, Old Bird and his colleagues, along with players like Dovahkiin who knew how to repair, worked under Tech-Priest Tena's guidance.

Repairing automatic turrets, data control hubs, electrical matrices, etc., everywhere.

Players like Blood Pigeon and Milk Dragon continued practicing piloting the Valkyrie and various other vehicles.

To prepare for eventually going down to the surface of Atoma Prime.

B-10H Cargo Transfer Area.

Inside the spacious loading bay hall, hundreds of plague zombie corpses lay scattered in disarray.

Ten-times waved his hand; an ethereal shard flew out.

Instantly piercing the head of a plague zombie struggling to crawl in the distance.

"Psykers are just so cool!" Twisty, who had implanted Mantis Blades, said enviously.

Ten-times aid with a smile: "Your Mantis Blades aren't bad either. In close combat, you chop through zombies like cutting melons and vegetables."

Warmaster, holding his gun, looked around for anyones that slipped through the net.

"Gotta say, after implanting cybernetics, our combat power hassignificantly increased. If we faced those ordinary mutants from the ship now, I feel I could fight through them alone."

Warmaster hadn't implanted cybernetics but had undergone body enhancement.

Comprehensively improved his speed, strength, and endurance.

Wrist-bro shook his head, not agreeing with Warmaster.

"Back then, it felt easy because of the Guide's buff skills."

"Otherwise, just that Chaos Beast alone could have killed us dozens of times over."

Sea Turtle interrupted the squad' chatter. "Don't talk about the distant past. The B-10H clearing task is done. Take a few photos, upload them to Tech-Priest Tena for confirmation, then we move to the next area."

Soon after uploading the photos, the data-slate received a reply.

{Task confirmed. Contribution Points have been deposited into the squad account.}

"Let's go, continue," Warmaster said.

The squad continued advancing along the corridors connecting different areas.

Upon reaching a junction, Sea Turtle suddenly stopped.

"Wait, someone's coming towards us."

"Are you sure?"

Although he asked, Warmaster and the others immediately became alert.

Because Sea Turtle had implanted perception-type cybernetics and was good at gathering intel.

"Sure," Sea Turtle nodded.

"Which way?" Warmaster looked at the fork in the road ahead, asking cautiously.

"The left path. Should be over a dozen people."

Sea Turtle concentrated, trying hard to analyze the information he was getting.

Warmaster changed the battery in his lasgun, giving his teammates a look.

"Take cover. Prepare for combat."

Soon, over a dozen armed cultists emerged from the left corridor.

Two of them were carrying a heavy metal storage tank.

"Hurry up, get this thing delivered."

"Keep an eye on the surroundings. The Loyalists' offensive from the Y-107H loading area has been getting fiercer lately. They might infiltrate here."

"Once we deal with those False Emperor's lackeys in the B-14Y storage area, we'll turn around and handle Y-107H. None of them will escape."

"..."

When the cultists entered the ambush zone,

Warmaster leaned out, pulling the trigger of his lasgun while shouting.

"Take them!"

Twisty, Sea Turtle, and Wrist-bro also leaned out from their hiding spots, aiming and firing.

Ten-times absorbed Warp energy, condensed ice-crystal-like ethereal shards, and threw them.

In just over ten seconds, before the cultists could react, they were dead or injured.

A cultist's lung was pierced.

But he wasn't dead yet, just coughing up blood incessantly.

Twisty, clearing the battlefield extended his Mantis Blades.

He stabbed the cultist in the shoulder, making him groan in pain.

"What were you transporting?" Twisty asked.

"You will be cursed by the Gods, lackeys of the False Emperor!" The cultist looked at Twisty with hatred and spat blood.

"Don't waste your effort! You expect to get intel from these lunatics? Anyone with a sane brain wouldn't have turned to Chaos!"

Warmaster walked over and shot the cultist dead.

"What's this?" Sea Turtle crouched to examine the storage tank the cultists had dropped.

Wrist-bro kicked the metal tank. "Based on Nurgle's usual methods, this thing is probably a virus."

"Not 'probably', it definitely is," Ten-times said with a certainty in his tone.

Twisty kicked the dead cultist's head. "I heard them say earlier that there seem to be Loyalists in the B-14Y area."

"Let's go check it out," Warmaster looked at his teammates, seeking their opinion.

"I agree."

"Me too."

" Since everyone agrees, let's go to B-14Y first."

B-13Y Area.

Ten-times and the others lay prone on a pipeline, not daring to breathe heavily.

Below the pipeline were dense plague zombies.

They had discovered upon arrival that the B-13Y and B-15Y areas near B-14Y were both full of plague zombies.

One must know that a storage area on the station covered about fifteen acres, larger than an international football field.

To fill one storage area would require tens of thousands of plague zombies.

Adding those in the corridors,

There were at least close to a hundred thousand plague zombies besieging the B-14Y area.

Faced with such a massive force, the five of them didn't dare act rashly.

They could only use the pipelines to crawl into B-13Y and see what the situation was in B-14Y.

The corridor connecting B-13Y to B-14Y was packed with plague zombies.

Gunfire was constant at the corridor entrance, with occasional explosions.

"Looks like there really are Loyalists. Just don't know how many," Warmaster said, frowning at the dense mass of plague zombies.

"What should we do?" Twisty asked. "Go on a killing spree?"

"With this many plague zombies, you'd get hand cramps before you finished chopping," Sea Turtle gave Twisty a eye-roll.

"Something's not right. So many plague zombies gathered here; someone must be controlling them," Ten-times said.

"Look there," Sea Turtle pointed to a location.

The others looked where he pointed.

They saw a fat man covered in boils and festering wounds.

Surrounded by a group of cultists.

"I can feel an evil power from him. Probably a Plague-Blessed," Ten-times said. "He's the onecontrolling the plague zombies."

"Take him out with a snipe?" Warmaster looked at Ten-times, making a throat-slitting gesture.

Ten-times shook his head. "Nurgle followers always have thick health bars. At this distance, it's mot guaranteed to take him out, might just expose our position and get ourselves surrounded."

"Contact the Guide. We should seek support when we need it."

Sea Turtle nodded. He took out his data-slate.

Edited the message, selected the recipient, and clicked send.

Qin Yun had just finished clearing cultists and plague zombies from a water purification plant with a player squad.

Hearing the message alert, he took out his data-slate to check.

("Guide, we have discovered Imperial troops and civilians besieged in the B-14Y storage area, under attack by cultists and plague zombies. Enemy numbers are massive, and a Nurgle-Blessed is suspected. Requesting support.")

Qin Yun immediately contacted Tena.

Had her issue a timed task to all players immediately.

Soon, players with data-slates received the task prompt.
