Chapter 12 - Chapter 11

Elbaf — The Land of Giants

Elbaf, home of the giants and the legendary warrior tribe.

However, what appeared before Tanma and his companions was not the fiery kingdom of heroism they had imagined — but a dead, cold, and pure white wasteland.

The wind howled like a blade, whipping up endless sheets of snow.Above them, a lead-gray sky hung low and suffocating, as if the sun had long abandoned this land — leaving behind only a pale, lifeless light.

Black rock pillars, thicker than ancient trees, rose all around, their icy spikes stabbing silently into the heavens. In the distance, massive beasts prowled through the blizzard, their roars echoing through the frozen fog.

"Is this… really Elbaf?" Tanma squinted into the storm, his body stiff from the cold. There wasn't a single trace of the giants.

Rocks stood at the front, his black coat snapping in the wind."Tch… looks like it. Damn place." His deep voice carried both disdain and unease — rare for a man like him.

"Gurarara!" Newgate's booming laugh broke through the storm. "Cold as hell! You'd need a whole barrel just to keep warm here!"

Just then, Tanma noticed something in the distance — a moving hill. The figure grew clearer through the storm, and his eyes widened in disbelief.

It was a child — a giant child — yet even by giant standards, his size was absurd. He was kicking around a boulder larger than himself, as if it were a pebble.

Newgate's laughter stopped, his brows furrowing. "Hey… even for a giant, that kid's way too damn big."

Rocks stepped forward, unfazed, his tone sharp as steel."Kid, this is Elbaf, right? Tell Harald to come out and meet me."

The young giant frowned, his face filled with scorn."Humph! Why should I, Loki, listen to some tiny insect? How dare a mere human call my father by name!"

"Father?" Shiki raised an eyebrow, puffing smoke from his cigar. "So that's Harald's brat, huh? Interesting."

Stussy chuckled softly, her eyes narrowing. Ochoku, Silver Axe, and the others quietly raised their guard.

Rocks' patience snapped.

The moment Loki finished speaking, a fierce light flared in Rocks' eyes. Without a word, he moved — his sword engulfed in jet-black Armament Haki. He swung down, releasing a violent burst of raw power and dominance!

A condensed black slash tore through the blizzard —and struck Loki's chest before he could even blink.

BOOM!

The impact shook the ground.Loki screamed, his massive body crashing backward into the snow, raising a blinding cloud of white.

The sheer violence of it made even the others freeze.

And Rocks… laughed.

He wasn't afraid — he was provoking. His voice boomed across the tundra, reverberating like thunder.

"Your son's injured, Harald! Come get him!"

In the next instant, the distant storm exploded apart — shattered by an overwhelming pressure.

A colossal figure emerged from the blizzard — larger than any giant they'd ever seen. Each step made the ground tremble; his presence radiated fury so intense it seemed to burn through the cold.

"WHO DARES HURT MY SON!!!"

The roar cracked the sky, nearly bursting eardrums. The colossal warrior didn't even wait to see his enemy — his massive blade, symbol of Elbaf's honor, blazed with Armament and Conqueror's Haki as he swung it down with all his rage!

A single strike meant to obliterate the invaders.

Rocks only laughed harder — and raised his own sword to meet it.

CLANG!!!

Steel met steel.A storm of red and black lightning exploded outward, ripping open the gray heavens. The sky itself split apart — a jagged tear dividing the clouds.Shockwaves rippled across the land, flinging snow into the air like a raging sea.

"The sky… it cracked!" Tanma gasped, awestruck. And then realization hit him. The power wasn't just raw strength — it was pure, Conqueror's Haki.

"So… Conqueror's Haki can clash like that?"

The ground quaked beneath the pressure of titans.

But Rocks didn't press the fight. Using the recoil, he leapt back, landing lightly on the frozen earth. He faced the enraged giant warrior — King Harald of Elbaf, Loki's father.

"Hmph. So this is Elbaf's strongest warrior," Rocks smirked. "All that power, just for your kid?"

Harald's chest heaved, fury blazing in his eyes — but when he glanced at his wounded son, he held himself back. His murderous intent locked onto Rocks like a vice.

"Elbaf has nothing to do with you," Harald growled. "Why did you hurt my son?!"

"I just wanted to get your attention," Rocks said casually, spreading his arms. "Seems it worked. Now, shall we talk? Or do you want to watch your son bleed out first?"

Harald's jaw clenched, his massive hands trembling. After a long silence, he finally spoke through gritted teeth:"Come with me… to the palace. Heal Loki. Afterwards— I'll deal with you."

He carefully lifted Loki's unconscious body — like a father cradling fragile glass.

Rocks smiled, satisfied. His dominance had forced the king's hand.He turned and gestured to his crew.

"Let's go."

Tanma, Newgate, Shiki, Stussy, Ochoku, Silver Axe, and the others followed Rocks through the storm — toward the Giant King's Palace of Elbaf.
