Isshin was younger, wearing samurai armor and wielding a long sword. His movements were agile like a ghost, rapidly moving around Tommy, his sword slashes like a fierce storm constantly attacking.

"Hah!" Tommy suddenly roared, sweeping his cross spear horizontally with the force of wind and thunder. Before the edge arrived, the energy surge raised shattered stones like rain, sweeping towards Isshin, who narrowly avoided the attack.
Tommy erupted again, the cross spear whipping up a vortex of flames and unleashing a powerful thrust. Even an iron body could be destroyed instantly!
Isshin instantly drew his sword to strike the spear shaft, causing it to bounce off and deviate. Then he turned the blade downwards and stabbed into Tommy's right foot, eliciting a painful scream.

In fact, this cutscene was the opening CG of the Sekiro game, but Jack had made some optimizations in the details. The original work may have been limited by the technical capabilities of CG animation. Although the process and scenes were exquisite and detailed, and the atmosphere was good, the duel between Tommy and Isshin resembled a traditional samurai duel.
It neither highlighted the power of Isshin nor reflected the martial arts system that this world should have. Therefore, during the remastering process, Jack added several seconds to this battle. Isshin's figure was like a ghost, his sword light as fast as a fierce storm, employing several unique Ashina Style sword techniques.
Tommy's strength was also formidable. He clashed with Isshin for dozens of rounds and even had the upper hand at one point. His moves were grand and powerful, and when spear glint and sword qi collided, it was a confrontation between ultimate power and ultimate skill, making people's blood boil. In the end, he narrowly lost by one move and fell on the battlefield.
Jack's arrangement and optimization were by no means just showing off. After all, Sword Saint Isshin is the core boss of the Ashina Chapter. This cutscene can be seen as a prelude, allowing Adventurers to get a taste of his partial strength in advance.
