**Chapter 3 — Cards and New Beginnings**
*(First-Person / Fairy Tail Style)*
Master Makarov eventually stopped yelling long enough to let the chaos settle. Natsu peeled himself off the floor, Lucy was still breathing, and that counted as a good day in Fairy Tail.
Mira leaned across the counter, sparkling with excitement.
"So! Lucy, would you like to officially join Fairy Tail?"
Lucy took a deep breath like she was sealing her fate with destiny.
"Yes! I want to join!"
"Then where would you like your mark?~"
Lucy turned in a circle, looking over herself like she was trying to pick the perfect place for a fancy accessory.
"U-Um… the back of my right palm!"
Mira smiled and pressed the stamp.
A flash of magic — and a bright pink Fairy Tail symbol appeared.
"I-It's beautiful…" Lucy whispered, eyes glowing.
She turned to Natsu, smiling shyly.
"Natsu! Look! I'm officially—"
Natsu threw his fist up like a champion.
"Then let's celebrate! We're going on a mission!"
Happy flapped beside him.
"Aye! Aye!"
Lucy nearly fainted.
"Already!? I just joined!!"
Gray walked by — shirtless, obviously.
"Don't worry, he'll probably destroy the job before you even get paid."
"YOU WANNA GO, STRIPPER!?"
And like that, the table behind them exploded.
…No thank you.
I headed for my favorite spot — the **corner table**.
From here, I could see the whole guild clearly…
**especially Mira.**
Perfect view. Perfect angle.
*Best seat ever.*
(For educational observation… obviously.)
I slouched comfortably and let my thoughts drift.
Two years since I transmigrated into this world…
One year since I became S-Class…
All thanks to the magic I invented:
**Card Magic.**
The power to turn legends into reality.
Right now, I have:
### ✅ Character Cards — 15 Created So Far
A few top tier ones:
1. **Artoria Pendragon** — Saber class hero. A walking storm of chivalry and Excalibur.
2. **Yoriichi Tsugikuni** — the Sun Slayer. If a demon shows up, they'll regret it.
3. **Byakuya Kuchiki** — Captain of elegance and flying blades. Senbonzakura? Deadly.
Most of them are **A-Rank heroes**. Not all fighters — some geniuses too:
**Ishigami Senku** from Dr. Stone.
Not a fighter, but his **science knowledge** is sharper than any blade.
But I had to modify him —
add **magic to science** so he could operate in this world.
Thanks to Senku, I secretly own a **medical company**.
We sell potions and medicine only to civilians.
Low price. High healing.
Because someone has to take care of the people forgotten by war.
And only **Master Makarov, Mira, and Erza** know.
Everyone else just sees a guy who takes long S-Rank missions.
As for **Weapon Cards**…
over 100 now.
Some normal. Some absurd.
And one favorite:
**Kyoka Suigetsu** — Aizen's Zanpakutō.
Total hypnosis.
Touch it once, and you'll never trust your own senses again.
(Definitely a **last-resort card** — even I don't want to deal with that power often.)
I looked out at the guild.
Natsu and Gray smashing each other.
Lucy looking like she's trying to process life choices.
Happy eating fish on the chandelier.
Mira laughing with her whole heart.
Yeah.
I leaned back with a small smile.
"This world turned out more fun than I expected."
