"I don't care what kind of freakish power you've got—today, I will kill you!"
Ryuuto tilted his head, almost bored, as Heimdall swung his sword with righteous fury. The Asgardian's pride had been shredded, his golden eyes burning with humiliation. He wanted payback—a thousandfold.
His gaze flicked toward the unconscious Destroyer and Lauf sprawled nearby. Grinding his teeth, Heimdall shot a subtle signal toward Ultron. Now or never.
"Big words," Ryuuto muttered, cracking his neck. "But I don't think you've got the strength left to back 'em up."
He smirked—lazy, confident, almost mocking.
"Both of you, come at me. I'm too tired to waste time one by one."
"Arrogant brat! You'll die young—start digging your own grave!"
Ultron and Heimdall's faces twisted with rage. The night air itself seemed to shiver as they lunged together, their combined killing intent tearing the clouds apart.
Far away, two figures watched anxiously.
Katie Dee's fingers gripped Susan's hand tight, her big brown eyes trembling.
"Sister Susan, should we help him? Ryuuto looks—"
Susan forced a gentle smile, brushing Katie's hair aside.
"It's okay. You know how he is—he hates interruptions during a fight. Let's just wait for him to come back… victorious."
Katie nodded hard, trying to believe.
Susan's eyes, though, betrayed her worry as she whispered under her breath,
"Ryuuto… please, be careful."
As the two warriors clashed, the night broke open like thunder.
"This is my stage now," Ryuuto said coldly. "You two can take turns dying."
Mist Technique—Hidden Mirage!
A white fog erupted, swallowing the battlefield whole. The world went silent.
"Tch, playing tricks again?!" Heimdall spat, gripping his sword tighter.
But as the mist thickened, even Ultron's sensors started glitching. The sound of footsteps came from nowhere—and everywhere.
"What's that noise!?" Heimdall's voice quivered.
"Move!" Ultron roared, dodging just in time as several shuriken whistled past his head, exploding on impact.
He barely had a moment to recover before a black silhouette dropped from above—Ryuuto, eyes glinting like a predator. The massive blade in his hands came down with brutal precision.
Steel screamed. Sparks flew. Ultron staggered back, armor dented. If he weren't built from top-grade alloy, his head would've been rolling.
"Heimdall! Quit spacing out and stab him already!" Ultron barked.
"Right! Don't shout orders at me like I'm your sidekick!" Heimdall yelled back, rushing in with his sword gleaming.
But the moment he charged forward—
Whoosh!
Two shuriken sliced through the fog from behind. Instinct kicked in; Heimdall rolled, barely dodging before they struck the ground.
BOOM!
The earth cracked. Dust blasted up around him. Heimdall's eyes went wide—if those hit me…
Before he could breathe, four silhouettes leapt out of the mist, circling him like wolves.
"Let me introduce my new move," Ryuuto grinned, all four of him speaking in unison.
"Quad Strike Formation!"
"Duplication!?" Heimdall's voice broke.
Each clone attacked from a different angle, blades flashing. Heimdall spun like a top, sword shadows bursting out in a whirlwind. He cut down one clone, then another, metal clanging in rapid bursts.
"See that?!" Heimdall shouted, chest heaving. "You're nothing special!"
His confidence flared—just as a heavy shadow fell over him.
SLAM!
Something crashed down from above—Ultron, smashed straight into the dirt, sparks flickering across his body.
Heimdall froze. His eyes widened.
Ryuuto stood on the edge of the crater, mist swirling around him, eyes glowing faintly red.
"You were saying?"
The ground split open under his feet, energy crackling like lightning in the fog. Heimdall could feel it—the killing intent so thick it made his heart stumble.
