Each realm refines a person's body, spirit, and core (the vessel that holds mana).
You can think of each realm as a chapter of transformation.

3. Core Formation A spiritual core condenses inside the dantian (navel). Mana flow stabilizes; spells and techniques strengthen.

4. Spirit Channeling Can project energy outside the body; communicate with spirits and natural elements.

5. Soul Ascension Separation of the spirit from the flesh; cultivator can survive fatal wounds for a time.
Early / Mid / Late Light Beyond the Veil
6. Celestial Realm The body harmonizes with heaven's law; can fly, command elements, and resist aging. Early / Mid / Late Harmony of Heaven and Earth

•Ancient Beast Old bloodline; almost extinct in the lower realms. Equal to Soul Ascension+ Vermilion Crane, Stone-back Turtle>
