He slowly looked toward the wall, listening. The sound had changed—something behind it moved, joints shifting, laughter scraping like nails dragged across stone.
He turned slowly, searching for where it came from. Then his gaze lifted.
Across the ceiling, faint shadows bloomed—handprints, black and wet, spreading in silence. They pressed outward. Hundreds of them, layered over each other — too high, too many. The air smelled faintly of ash and faint smell of blood. And room feels hotter.
Drops began to fall—thick, hot, and bright as rust—striking his skin, running down his face like tears he hadn't earned.
The room pulsed with heat. The sound swelled, layered with breath, chattering teeth, the grinding of unseen jaws. Each noise seemed to crawl closer, louder, until the air itself quivered around him.
He staggered back, heart clawing at his ribs. The floor felt alive beneath him, trembling in rhythm with the noise above.
"Stop…Stop...." he whispered.
Then he felt it then: a pressure, unseen hands closing around his legs, the pull of something deep and burning. The light flickered; the heat rose until every breath scalded.
Suddenly the hot blood drops from ceiling, increased into bigger and bigger and started filling room.
Ezra screams "AGHHHA!.....STOPPPPPPPP!.....UGHHH!"
The whole room fills with hot glowing red—blooded river and he feels like he drowning in the hot core Lava.
And Ezra screams in agony of his body burned being alive. That his scream echo through the world as sharp as knife.
"NOOOOO!.....AAAAAARGH!".—Goes as he drown in the boiling blood
And still the laughter went on—whispering, clicking, grinding.
The world blurred into red light and noise, and his last coherent thought was not of pain, but of recognition—as if whatever hid in that darkness had always known his name.
But something pulled him, inside the floor and he went inside the floor.
"Review it. Power Stone it".
