I slowly got used to the intense gazes coming from all directions. After a while, even those classmates who felt bored stopped paying attention to me.
The day passed in a blur.
Thankfully, there wasn't much trouble later.
As for Beatrix's last science class, she was absent today.
A substitute teacher came and said Beatrix was feeling unwell so she took a leave, I felt a bit of regret.
Since I had won the bet with her, I wanted to sleep in her class as a sign of blunt defiance with her only being able to watch helplessly.
Sigh~
I can't pretend or show off today to that snitch Beatrix, I would have loved to watch her hateful look.
There was some subtle movement on my left side throughout the day
I could feel Asuna sneakily stealing some glances at me, but after I stopped paying any substantial attention to her, she started making some grumpy faces and kept mumbling in her mouth.
