Chapter 93 - Chapter 93: The Dungeon Begins! (3/10)

The information Aurora Morwyn had provided was incredibly helpful to Fenric.

After thinking for a moment, Fenric asked,

"By the way, Ms. Morwyn, you're heading to the 28th floor tonight, right? I heard that's another large-scale One Piece dungeon?"

He didn't want to owe a favor without giving something in return—if possible, he wanted to help.

"Yes," Aurora nodded, though when she mentioned the dungeon, a look of worry crossed her face.

"What's the mission for the 28th floor?" Fenric asked.

Aurora Morwyn shook her head.

"I don't know."

"So far, only one person has cleared this floor—Adam. He's our competitor, so of course he hasn't shared any information.

I only know that the 28th-floor dungeon is linked to a major event… the 'War on the Top.'

It involves the strongest pirate in the world of One Piece—Whitebeard—launching a full-scale war against Navy Headquarters."

"The strongest pirate, huh?" Fenric replied vaguely, trying not to sound alarmed.

"Then you'd better find a way to stay far away from him."

Whitebeard was terrifying. In one-on-one combat, few could match him.

Aurora nodded solemnly.

"I'm afraid the main mission is directly tied to Whitebeard."

That was... truly unfortunate.

Fenric silently wished her good luck.

Even Aurora didn't know the mission details, so there wasn't much he could do to help.

"Are you going into the dungeon alone tonight?" Fenric asked.

"Yes." Aurora nodded again.

"I'm the only one currently stuck on the 28th floor."

After a pause, she added,

"Shura, I suggest you don't rush through the floors after the 10th. Be well-prepared before moving forward. The higher the floor, the fewer the Samsara players—and the less reference material you'll find from those who came before you."

"You've probably checked the Samsara Forum, right? Strategy guides become rare above the 10th floor, and they're almost nonexistent above the 20th. Anything above the 25th floor? Completely classified.

They're treated as state secrets—strictly forbidden to be leaked."

"Shura, once you reach the 25th floor, you'll start to feel very alone. You'll often find yourself clearing huge dungeon worlds all by yourself."

Fenric nodded. He had already anticipated this.

The deeper into the Samsara Tower, the harder the challenges became. Fewer and fewer people could pass each stage.

People like Aurora and Adam were essentially clearing large-scale public dungeons solo now.

While there were benefits to not competing with other Samsara players, the drawbacks were obvious too:

No support, no allies, and no backup.

Then, Fenric voiced the doubt in his mind.

"Ms. Morwyn, I hope you won't take offense… but if you don't know what's waiting for you, why take the risk?

The Samsara System doesn't force anyone to clear a floor immediately. And if the mission fails..."

Aurora sighed softly, then said just one sentence:

"I've received word… Adam cleared the 30th floor last night."

That explained everything.

Fenric immediately understood why Aurora was suddenly pushing herself to challenge the dungeon.

Because if Adam reached the 33rd floor first and obtained partial authority over the Samsara Space, it would be a disaster for every Samsara in the country.

Right now, Aurora Morwyn was the only one in Jadeveil Nation who could still compete with Adam.

Clearly, she wasn't risking herself just for personal glory—she was carrying the hopes of the entire nation.

Fenric couldn't help but feel a deep sense of respect.

"Ms. Morwyn, I'll be hoping for your safe return… and your victory!" Fenric said seriously.

He rarely admired others—but he truly admired Aurora Morwyn.

She smiled faintly.

"Shura, I hope you keep getting great results too."

They chatted for about forty minutes before parting ways.

After they separated, Fenric gave a direct command:

"System, send me to the Samsara Tower."

In the next instant, he appeared at the base of the tower.

Without hesitation, he used a "Dungeon Cooldown Refresh Card" to reset his dungeon entry timer.

He never relied on others.

Fenric believed that, with his speed in clearing dungeons, he might still be able to catch up to Adam before Adam reached the 33rd floor.

Stepping forward, he ascended to the Third Stage.

The moment he arrived, the tower spirit appeared out of thin air before him.

"Hello, Dear Samsara Player Shura. How may I assist you?"

"I'm here to enter a dungeon," Fenric said directly.

"The next dungeon is the world of One Piece. Do you wish to enter now?"

"Yes."

As soon as he confirmed, Fenric was instantly teleported into a white preparation room.

To his surprise, the room was packed with hundreds of people.

The air buzzed with chatter, creating a noisy atmosphere.

Clearly, all these people were here for the One Piece dungeon.

As expected of a large-scale dungeon—the number of participants was massive.

A countdown timer on the wall indicated there were 15 minutes left before the dungeon opened.

Fenric quietly found a corner and sat down to wait.

"Huh? Are you... the God—Shura?"

Suddenly, someone nearby let out a loud gasp.

Instant silence.

In an instant, the entire room quieted down.

These days, anyone active in the Samsara Space knows of Shura.

His image—a masked assassin—had spread far and wide among Samsaras.

"It's really Shura!"

"Holy sh*t, the God himself is doing this dungeon too? Didn't he just clear the Second Stage yesterday?"

"You dummy! Ever heard of a 'Dungeon Cooldown Refresh Card'?"

"He just scored an SSS-level Super God evaluation yesterday—and he's already back today for another round? Insane!"

"That's what makes him God-like! His dedication puts us all to shame..."

Samsara players from all directions were now whispering about Fenric.

He said nothing, simply closed his eyes and ignored the crowd.

At that moment...

A young woman dressed like a princess walked up to him.

"Hello, Lord Shura! Would you consider forming an alliance with me? My family is very wealthy... and I'm also very beautiful."

The entire room: "..."

Damn, sis, could you be any less subtle?

Many male Samsara players looked at Fenric with open envy.
