"You built a robot?" Taeryn asked, staring at one of the trophies with interest.
Rihan walked out of the bathroom, drying his hair with a small towel, another wrapped low around his waist. He looked yummy. "Yeah."
"You have so many trophies and medals," Taeryn said with pride as he set the trophy back on the shelf, then looked at Rihan with a dreamy expression. "You are so perfect, Detective."
Rihan's face turned red. "Am I?"
"You are." Taeryn grinned and walked toward him. Then he caught sight of a picture on the wall behind the open closet door.
"What is that?" He pushed the door aside and looked at the picture.
It showed a smaller, younger Rihan wearing glasses and a doctor's coat. He looked about thirteen, as pretty and adorable as an omega. His hazel eyes were dull, showing no excitement, and his hair was wild, like a mad scientist's.
Taeryn pulled the picture from the wall. "You were so tiny." He held it up to Rihan.
