Chapter 130 - Adventure with the Twin Stars Comes With Meat

Perhaps sensing Riveria's exhaustion and helplessness, Lumine had specially added new dishes for the group during today's lunch.

Of course, only the "Revival-type dishes" such as Grilled Steak and Roasted Bird Eggs had their core effects bound at this point. Dishes like Teyvat Fried Eggs, Stir-Fried Meat Slices, Mora Meat, or Sweet Shrimp Sushi would not be produced just yet.

The concept of "revival" carried too much risk.

Renjiro had to carefully consider when to use it.

However, on the other hand, dishes like Grilled Tigerfish, Rice Balls, Radish Vegetable Soup, Miso Soup, Mustard Noodles, and even Mint Jelly could all be prepared freely by Lumine.

It helped that after awakening the Statue of the Seven skill, the Traveler Twins could use each other as mobile anchor points for teleportation.

Even without revealing Paimon or the "space backpack," Renjiro (Aether) could easily return to the surface to fetch a mountain of ingredients.

Very convenient.

As for why they hadn't used this skill to get resources from the Guild headquarters on the surface instead of selling magic stones and materials in Riviera…

Simple!

This was actually a kind of indirect semi-sponsorship.

Riviera was, without a doubt, a lawless rogue town with plenty of shady characters.

Yet its existence was invaluable for ordinary adventurers.

Years ago, someone had painstakingly established Riviera, and countless others had maintained and rebuilt this transit hub. This gave adventurers who didn't belong to top-tier familias and lacked senior mentors a chance to continue striving on lower floors at Lv.2 or Lv.3… and the courage to keep going.

To this day, countless adventurers saw Riviera as a hope for survival, persevering to reach it and being rescued there.

In short, for many high-tier dungeon-exploring familias, especially top familias like the Loki familia, which focused on future development, giving Riviera some support was simply smart.

Otherwise, in the natural trajectory of this world, Ais, having just single-handedly killed Udaeus, wouldn't have stored her top-tier loot, Udaeus' Sword, in Riviera.

Even worse, without Ais generously giving equipment beforehand, when the enhanced floor boss Black Goliath unexpectedly hatched and caused a collapse trapping over a hundred adventurers on the 18th floor, the red-eyed rabbit boy wouldn't have had a weapon to withstand the full charge of his Heroic Wish Bell Strike.

Otherwise, yet another familia legend would have prematurely ended.

Even without going that far, just speaking of this group…

Finn and his team, when exploring as a small squad, occasionally stayed in Riviera.

Simply put:

"Helping others helps yourself."

That was basically the principle.

==========

"Phew~"

Riveria, born of the Elf royal family, usually exuded elegant and noble composure. She was deeply respected by her kin.

Especially by Alicia Forestlight, an Lv.4 adventurer regarded as the "big sister" of the familia.

Normally gentle and kind, Alicia would immediately turn furious if anyone offended Riveria, sometimes even "going dark."

As everyone knew, the more calm and gentle a woman appeared, the scarier her anger could be.

The Dea Saint was no exception… cough cough.

Anyway, Riveria preferred vegetarian dishes over meat, even simple meals like Grilled Steak or Wild Mushroom Chicken Skewers.

Now, with Renjiro (Aether) awakened in synthesis capabilities and Lumine able to use Teyvat materials, a wider variety of dishes could be prepared to satisfy her wishes.

Slightly sweet-and-sour Radish Vegetable Soup.

Light Miso Soup.

And Rice Balls, one of the few portable Genshin dishes.

"Lumine's cooking is truly world-class."

The "Mama-san" could not help but praise.

Others around them nodded in agreement. Even usually reserved Bete quietly bit into a Wild Mushroom Chicken Skewer.

Truly, this kind of comfortable adventurer life only began after collaborating with the Twin Stars.

Genshin cuisine was more than "delicious."

It also had alchemical effects.

After eating, all prior fatigue gradually dissipated with the spreading warmth. Minor wounds healed as well.

This experience was extraordinarily comfortable.

==========

"Come, Tiona, everyone, I'll teach you a special way to eat this," Lumine said by the fire.

She took a Rice Ball, slicing it with a palm-sized Wind Blade using her wind-element power, and did the same with Grilled Steak.

Then, in a "two-bread sandwich" style, she added vegetables and sauce…

A simple Mora Meat sandwich was ready.

Renjiro had liked eating meat this way even before traveling, keeping some bread at home for such occasions.

It was a habit formed from childhood school meals, essentially a Chinese-style burger.

Oraley sold similar "sandwiches," but while the method was common, the ingredients here were extraordinary.

Tiona's eyes lit up.

She devoured several bites.

"Lumine, I want more."

"All right, all right."

Lumine smiled, continuing the preparation.

Here, the convenience of teleportation magic showed.

Tiona had a huge appetite. Previously, she sometimes went hungry during expeditions, having to ration food for the team.

Now, with Renjiro (Aether) and Lumine, there was no worry.

==========

"Uh, this is a dungeon, right?"

"Why does it feel like we're on a picnic?"

Renjiro (Aether), returning from a quick surface trip, looked at everyone sitting around the tree hollow and muttered.
