First, the space station must be moved away. Otherwise, once Jupiter's hydrogen ignites, the first thing to be destroyed will be the station itself.
Floating in the silent depths of space, Yuzhou gazed at the massive space station before him, thinking to himself.
The station's sheer size made it slow and unwieldy. Pushing it away would require some effort.
After a brief consideration, Yuzhou's body dissolved into particles of light and entered the space station directly.
Inside, Liu Peiqiang and the others saw Tiga suddenly transform into light and vanish. Moments later, countless glowing particles gathered before them, condensing once more into Tiga's towering form.
"Tiga… Ultraman Tiga came inside!"
Liu Peiqiang stared wide-eyed at the giant before him, unable to suppress his shock.
The others instinctively retreated, tense and silent, watching Yuzhou with extreme caution.
"Hm? Someone actually recognizes Tiga?"
Yuzhou paused slightly, then quickly understood.
This Earth had been created based on the real Earth—only several decades into the future. It was not strange that someone still knew of Tiga.
His gaze shifted to the Chinese man who had spoken. On the nameplate on his chest were three characters:
Liu Peiqiang.
In an instant, Yuzhou understood his identity.
The protagonist Liu Qi's father.
Han Zi'ang's son-in-law.
A veteran astronaut who had worked aboard the space station for over a decade and now held the rank of lieutenant colonel.
"If that's the case, communication will be easier."
Yuzhou nodded slightly and said calmly:
"Move the space station away from Jupiter. I intend to ignite Jupiter and push Earth out."
There was no excess explanation—just a direct instruction.
Naturally, Yuzhou knew the station crew would not obey him so easily, so he added:
"If you have any doubts, contact the Joint High Command. Tell them this is the Wanderer's arrangement."
With that, Yuzhou turned into light once more and exited the space station.
Only minutes later, from afar, he saw the station begin to move—slowly drifting away from Jupiter.
The order had clearly come down from the Joint High Command.
"So… are we really trusting this 'Wanderer'?"
In the Joint High Command's conference hall, one official spoke while watching the transmitted image of Tiga on the screen.
The silver-purple-crimson giant floated silently in the void of space.
"Even if we restart all the planetary engines, do you really think we can escape Jupiter's gravity?" another official said grimly.
"The calculations have already been done. It's impossible."
"So," someone concluded quietly, "we can only place our hope in this Wanderer."
A senior Chinese official stared at the giant on the screen and murmured:
"We can only place our hope… in the hero of our childhood."
"Ultraman Tiga."
...
The space station's own propulsion was extremely slow. Yuzhou did not wait idly.
Energy surged within him, and his colossal body expanded further.
Reaching the station's side, he extended his hands and pushed.
With Yuzhou's assistance, the station's speed increased dramatically. Before long, it reached the safe distance calculated by MOSS.
"That should be enough."
Nodding, Yuzhou turned and flew toward the boundary where Earth's atmosphere connected with Jupiter's.
Facing the enormous gas giant, he crossed his arms beneath the crystal on his forehead. His body shifted in colour—silver and red intertwined.
Ultraman Tiga — Power Type!
Energy gathered between his arms. A blazing Delacium Light Sphere formed against his chest.
With a powerful motion, he hurled it as a torrent of light toward Jupiter.
Inside the space station and across Earth, all eyes were fixed on him.
The instant the Delacium Light struck Jupiter's atmosphere, the hydrogen ignited completely.
BOOM—!!!
A vast inferno erupted, unleashing an immense force that shoved Earth away.
At that moment, every planetary engine on Earth surged to maximum output, pushing the planet toward the depths of space.
The crystal on Yuzhou's forehead flashed, and his body shifted to a silver-purple hue.
He accelerated away from Jupiter at full speed.
"It worked."
Watching Earth being propelled safely away, Yuzhou nodded.
The original method had been effective—but it had required sacrificing the entire Navigator Space Station.
This time, no such sacrifice was needed.
"Oh, right. There's still one piece of technology in this world that might be worth taking."
Realizing he had overlooked something useful, Yuzhou turned and flew back toward Earth.
His destination was the Kyoto Underground City, where most representatives of the Joint High Command were currently stationed.
However, to his surprise, when he arrived at the entrance and reverted to his human form, he found a group of people in protective suits waiting for him.
Looking closely, he recognized every one of them.
They were the same senior officials he had negotiated with earlier.
"Thank you, Ultraman Tiga!"
All of them bowed deeply to Yuzhou in unison.
Caught off guard, Yuzhou quickly gestured for them to rise.
"There's no need for this," he said calmly.
"We each got what we needed."
"No matter what," one official said solemnly, "you saved the entire Earth."
"Yes—"
"Without you, Earth would already be gone."
"Not just Earth… but humanity itself."
The officials spoke one after another.
"By the way," Yuzhou asked suddenly, "the Wandering Earth Project plans to push Earth toward Alpha Centauri, about 4.2 light-years from the Solar System, correct?"
"That's right," an official replied.
"Is there a problem?"
Yuzhou paused, doing a quick calculation.
"No problem. It's just that the journey will take roughly… two thousand five hundred years, won't it?"
"Yes…" the officials sighed.
"The Wandering Earth Project was never meant to be completed by our generation."
"That's truly remarkable."
Yuzhou smiled and nodded.
"This is what true life is."
"To strive through a short lifetime, leave the results to the next generation, and let humanity grow slowly through repetition—"
"That is truly remarkable."
"To leave achievements for future generations… and to leave hope to them as well."
The Joint High Command fell silent, deeply moved.
This was humanity.
Small, fragile humanity—doing the most ordinary things… and yet the most extraordinary.
