For Yu Zhou.
For Camearra.
For their fallen friends.
Masaki, along with Hudra and Darramb, began their research.
Between the two dark giants, only Hudra possessed a clever enough mind. He quickly adapted to modern scientific knowledge, especially advancing toward physics.
Darramb, however, was simple-minded and strong-bodied—he didn't learn much and mostly followed Hudra's instructions, doing physical tasks whenever needed.
After leaving the City of Time and Space, Yu Zhou flew straight toward Earth.
From what Hudra and Darramb had told him—that the original Ultraman Tiga could resurrect Camearra—Yu Zhou had made up his mind.
He had to find the true Tiga.
At first, he worried whether the real Tiga truly had that kind of power.
But after hearing their conviction, that concern faded away.
Three million years ago, Tiga was the strongest of the Dark Giants.
If the strongest among them wasn't capable of something like this—then how could he ever be called "the strongest"?
Still, Yu Zhou had no idea where to begin.
Where could one possibly find the real Tiga?
But one thing was certain—three million years ago, the original Tiga must have existed!
Landing on a deserted beach in R'lyeh, Yu Zhou cancelled his transformation.
He sprinted through the city streets until he reached a familiar building and began pounding on the door.
"Charija! Charija!"
He shouted into the house; voice filled with urgency.
This was Charija's residence on R'lyeh.
Before Yu Zhou was swallowed by the Spheres' black hole, Charija had been living here—spending his days idly playing games like One Slash 999.
But now… it was silent.
Yu Zhou knocked for a long time, but there was no response.
He realized Charija no longer lived here.
"Don't tell me… that guy left Earth!"
A chill ran down Yu Zhou's spine.
If Charija had really left the planet, Yu Zhou would have no way to find him—and without him, there would be no way to borrow his time machine and travel back three million years to find the original Tiga.
"But even if he's still on Earth… how could I ever find him?"
Yu Zhou thought grimly.
There were so many people on Earth, and Charija lived disguised as a human.
How could anyone possibly track him down like that?
"Wait a second…" Yu Zhou suddenly remembered something.
"Maybe I can find him—there!"
He summoned his spaceship and immediately gave the command to fly toward the Ocean Planet.
The Ocean Planet—
a world completely covered by water, with no land at all.
Aside from a few small, drifting sandy islands, everything was endless blue.
The planet was teeming with life—fish, crustaceans, all manner of aquatic creatures.
It was a paradise for hunters and anglers alike.
Charija used to come here often, bringing his pet King Guesra to feed.
The King Guesra had an enormous appetite—Charija even raised two of them.
Coming here to hunt and fish for them had been a common sight.
But even with that memory, the planet was vast—how could Yu Zhou hope to find Charija in an endless blue ocean?
Before long, Yu Zhou's ship arrived at the destination.
He released a small flying vehicle and ascended into the air, stowing the main ship away while he waited patiently.
There were a few living beings on the planet—alien anglers who came to fish in these bountiful waters.
Nearby, a pair of extraterrestrials lounged under a floating parasol, rods in hand, clearly enjoying themselves.
"Hey, what's that?"
One of them suddenly looked up, pointing at the sky.
A massive shadow was plummeting toward the sea.
The other alien looked up as well—and their eyes widened.
Boom!!!
The enormous figure crashed into the water like a meteor, sending up a tidal wall that towered into the clouds.
"Damn—what a waste not to join the Olympics," Yu Zhou muttered, manoeuvring his craft to dodge the waves.
The two aliens weren't so lucky.
Drenched from head to toe, their fishing trip was utterly ruined.
"Ugh, what bad luck," one grumbled before both left in frustration.
The massive shape in the water began to rise—
a colossal beast, its scaled head breaking through the waves.
It was the King Guesra.
"You're still alive!"
A familiar voice echoed from atop the monster's head.
When Yu Zhou looked up and saw who it was, his eyes widened with joy.
"Charija!"
He flew up and landed on the King Guesra's head. "I'm still alive, Charija!"
Charija looked him up and down.
"Well, you're one lucky bastard," he said bluntly—but still reached out to pat Yu Zhou's shoulder, making sure he wasn't some kind of ghost.
Then, raising a brow, Charija asked,
"You look like you've been waiting here for me."
"Exactly." Yu Zhou nodded seriously. "I came here for you—I need to borrow your suitcase."
"Huh?" Charija tilted his head, puzzled.
Yu Zhou's face was pale and desperate—it was clear something serious had happened.
"What's wrong this time? The Sphere Black Hole again?"
Charija vividly remembered the last time—the Earth and even the entire Solar System were nearly consumed.
If they hadn't stopped it in time, he'd have had to abandon Earth and go find some other fun place to live.
"No," Yu Zhou shook his head. "Even if it came again… it wouldn't matter now."
Charija blinked. "Okay then. So, which time period are you heading to this time?"
With a casual flick of his cane, Charija conjured the familiar time-travel suitcase into existence.
"I'm going to… three million years ago!"
Yu Zhou's eyes burned with determination.
"What?!" Charija froze.
"The Ultra-Ancient era? That's a terrible idea!"
"I have to find someone!" Yu Zhou said firmly.
"Who?"
"The original Ultraman Tiga!"
Charija's eyes widened, but Yu Zhou had already opened the suitcase and was urging him to calibrate the settings.
"The original Tiga, huh… That's actually not a bad thought," Charija mused after a moment.
"You've met him before?" Yu Zhou asked.
"Nope."
"Then why are you acting like you know anything?!"
"…"
Time travel wasn't something that could be done recklessly.
Charija first recalled the King Guesra into a monster capsule.
Then, he and Yu Zhou traveled to a nearby volcanic planet, flames dancing across its surface.
There, Charija summoned three Golza monsters.
Two of them were a mated pair—the female even pregnant—
while the third was a nosy bachelor Golza who liked to spy on the other two's "private" activities.
Charija thought about it for a moment and decided to bring along the single one.
The mated pair had responsibilities now—soon they'd have to raise a baby Golza.
But the single one?
Completely carefree.
