Chapter 413 - Chapter 412 – One Versus Two

"How… how is that possible?!"

Belial's voice trembled in disbelief as his eyes widened at the silver-and-black arm that had stopped his Ultimate Battlenizer's crushing blow.

But the Dark Lugiel didn't stay idle. While Belial attacked from the front, Lugiel circled behind Tiga, brandishing his Dark Spark Lance, thrusting it straight toward Tiga's back.

However—Tiga reacted instantly. With a sharp half-turn, his hand swung down like a blade, striking the Dark Spark Lance and knocking it high into the air, out of Lugiel's grasp.

One hand blocked Belial's Ultimate Battlenizer; the other had just sent the Dark Spark Lance flying in a single fluid motion.

That breathtaking manoeuvre left the representatives in the Global United Conference Hall utterly stunned.

"So strong!"

The representative from Goguryeo nearly cracked his voice as he shouted, overwhelmed with excitement.

"Unbelievable!"

Even the delegate from England was shocked—but far more relieved than frightened.

If this warrior could defeat those monsters, then perhaps… the world could be saved!

"Mr. Keichii, Mr. Hasegawa, is this your script working?"

The representative from Japan turned to Keichii and Hasegawa with shining eyes.

If the script they had written truly had power, then infinite possibilities awaited them!

"Uh… I didn't write anything about a Dark Tiga," Keichii said awkwardly, scratching his head. "Hasegawa, did you?"

"I didn't either." Hasegawa shook his head. "Maybe it's something from your secret settings?"

"Maybe… probably? I honestly don't know anymore."

Both writers looked dumbfounded—but that didn't matter now.

Because the world had hope again.

The Dark Tiga before them was holding his ground against Belial and Dark Lugiel at the same time!

With a fierce push, Tiga forced back Belial's Ultimate Battlenizer, then kicked Belial square in the chest.

The Dark Emperor's huge body was flung away like a derailed locomotive, tracing a parabolic path through the air before crashing into the distance.

"You… don't tell me you're the real one!"

Dark Lugiel's scarlet eyes widened. He knew full well—in one dimension, the Dark Tiga was known as the mightiest warrior of the ultra-ancient era.

If this Tiga before him was truly that Dark Tiga… then escaping alive today would be nearly impossible.

Tiga slowly advanced toward him. When Lugiel reached down to grab his fallen Dark Spark Lance, a silver-black hand got there first—gripping the weapon's shaft before he could.

Before Lugiel could even guess whether Tiga intended to attack him with it—

Tiga suddenly hurled the Dark Spark Lance skyward like a spear!

It shot upward as a streak of black light—and pierced straight through the body of Zog, who had been hiding in the clouds preparing to ambush Tiga.

Zog, who had been released from Belial's Ultimate Battlenizer moments earlier, froze midair. Black smoke poured from the gaping hole in her chest—then she dissolved completely into the surrounding darkness.

"So… strong…"

Dark Lugiel, for the first time, lost his usual arrogance. His crimson cross-shaped eyes stared blankly at where Zog had been moments before.

If he had attacked Zog with the Dark Spark Lance, he could never have killed her in one blow.

But this Dark Tiga… had done it effortlessly.

In a single motion, he had annihilated a powerful monster.

If that attack had been aimed at him instead…, could he have survived it?

Lugiel didn't dare find out. Even with his heavy armour, one strike from that kind of power might leave him crippled—or dead.

At that moment, Belial, who had been blasted away, came flying back and charged Tiga again—this time shouting toward Lugiel:

"Hey, you! Join me—we'll take him down together!"

Lugiel had been considering retreating from this nightmare, but Belial's words made him hesitate.

"…Very well. Then I shall accompany you—at the cost of my life if I must!"

Dark Lugiel puffed up his chest dramatically as a ball of energy formed before him, ready to fire.

"Belial! My name is Lugiel—Dark Lugiel, the one with eternal life!"

Belial sneered. "I don't care who you are! What matters is—we kill Tiga here and now!"

Roaring, Belial hurled his Ultimate Battlenizer toward Tiga and crossed his arms into an X-shape—firing his Deathcium Ray!

The crimson beam slammed into the Battlenizer midair, amplifying its power as the combined blast streaked straight for Tiga.

Simultaneously, Dark Lugiel released his condensed dark energy orb, sending it racing toward Tiga from the other side.

But Tiga didn't move. He stood between the two converging attacks, both arms extended outward.

Two black spheres of energy swelled in his palms. Then—with a controlled motion—he thrust them toward both incoming attacks.

BOOM!

One dark sphere collided with the Deathcium Ray and the Battlenizer, unleashing a thunderous explosion that shook the battlefield.

The other absorbed Lugiel's dark orb completely—then continued surging toward its origin.

"What?!"

Lugiel's eyes widened in terror. That energy sphere had just neutralized Belial's beam—its power was beyond imagination. And now it was coming for him!

He had no time to dodge. The black sphere slammed into him head-on.

An inferno of searing dark fire erupted, the explosion echoing across the battlefield. Dark Lugiel was blown away, his body wreathed in black flames as he crashed hard into the distant ground.

"That power… it's incredible."

Belial floated in midair, watching, his expression twisted with envy.

If only he had absorbed that dark crystal's energy for himself… then even without the Plasma Spark's power, he could have conquered the entire universe—and destroyed the Land of Light with ease.

But fate had not favoured him.

As Tiga turned his gaze upward, his silver eyes locked on Belial. Then, with a burst of speed, he leapt into the sky—a streak of black lightning—slamming into Belial before the Dark Emperor could react.

The impact sent Belial hurtling back down, smashing into the earth and carving out a massive crater.

"If I'd known this would happen," Belial thought bitterly, staring at the sky from the pit, "I should've killed him first."

He slowly climbed to his feet, brushing off chunks of rock and dirt. His Ultimate Battlenizer lay nearby—he picked it up and raised it high.

"Monsters—obey my command! Attack!"

Purple energy burst from his body, swirling around the Battlenizer.

All around, the monsters began to roar and thrash violently. Their eyes glowed blood-red as they lost control and charged toward Tiga.

Tiga stood firm, silent and unflinching. His milky-white eyes focused coldly on Belial. Then, lifting one hand, he tapped the air a few times—

Several black energy orbs appeared, floating in the air around him.

A moment later, they launched a storm of dark energy blades, spiralling in chaotic trajectories toward the oncoming monsters.
