Chapter 119 - Chapter 119. The Script Wasn’t Written Like This

Zenna quickly drove up and caught sight of the Pit Starian, who carried the Little Star.

The alien stopped pedaling her bicycle, clearly panicked. She rushed to a nearby car, tugging hard at the door handle in an attempt to escape—but the door was locked tight, refusing to budge no matter how hard she pulled.

"Riku, you two stay inside the car,"

Moa ordered firmly, her eyes locked on the Pit Starian.

"But that person's dangerous!" Riku protested, frowning. He had seen her split the ground earlier with a lightsaber. That was no small feat.

"It's fine!" Moa replied with resolute confidence. "I'm an insurance saleswoman, after all."

And with that, she jumped out of the car alongside Zenna, charging straight at the Pit Starian.

"…Selling insurance is this dangerous?" Pega muttered, poking his head out from under the car floor, baffled by her logic.

Of course, Riku and Yuzhou weren't about to stay put. If the Little Star was truly in that woman's possession, then a monster would inevitably appear.

Sure enough, just as they stepped out, a building in the distance suddenly collapsed. From behind the wreckage, a colossal figure emerged.

At the same time, Laiha stepped out of an elevator and appeared beside them.

"You? Why are you here?" Riku asked in surprise.

"The monster's here. And according to RE.M.'s analysis, that woman is a Pit Starian. She has the Little Star."

"I know," Laiha nodded. "Yuzhou already told me."

She paused. "But I only just realized she's an alien. I never thought the Little Star could appear on someone not from Earth. I thought it only manifested in human children."

Riku's eyes turned toward the approaching monster. His tone hardened.

"Laiha, Yuzhou—I'm going in."

"Go," Yuzhou replied, nodding.

The monster loomed closer. It was Eleking—its pale-yellow body marked with black stripes, its massive fifty-meter-long tail thrashing behind it, charged with high-voltage electricity. Where eyes should have been, a crescent-shaped horn protruded from its head.

Riku activated his capsule and, with the Fusion Riser, transformed into Ultraman Geed's Primitive form.

"Geed!"

The giant of light leapt forward, delivering a sharp kick to Eleking's torso. With agile momentum, he rolled across its body and followed up with a spinning kick that struck its head squarely.

"Looks like Eleking isn't a match for Geed," Laiha observed.

Yuzhou nodded. "And this is just his Primitive form. If he shifts into Solid Burning, the fight's as good as won."

Meanwhile, Moa and Zenna caught the Pit Starian. As they restrained her, they, too, noticed Geed battling Eleking.

"Zenna-senpai, that's Ultraman Geed!" Moa exclaimed.

Zenna gave her a flat look. "I'm not blind."

Still, AIB didn't fully trust Geed. His resemblance to Belial was… unsettling. They kept him under watch, even though the appearance of Zero suggested that the Intergalactic Defense Force was paying very close attention to this universe.

After all, the King of Ultra himself had fused with this cosmos—it was natural for the Defense Force to be cautious.

But then came Tiga. An Ancient Giant, one who had never appeared on Earth before. This could only mean this Tiga hailed from another universe. Why he had come was a mystery—but one thing was certain: his presence was a blessing.

Tiga had once crushed Belial in battle. If Belial still lingered somewhere in this universe, at least Earth had a safeguard now.

Zenna lowered his gaze to the Pit Starian woman.

"Was it you who unleashed this monster?"

Her face darkened. "It's true… Eleking was raised by us. But I put him to sleep, long ago—after I betrayed my comrades and halted our invasion plan."

"What?" Moa gasped.

To betray one's own species—it took unimaginable resolve.

"Because I love this planet… and its civilization," the woman said quietly. "But the light within me… it awakened Eleking. He's drawn to it."

"That's why you fled to such a remote place," Moa realized.

The alien nodded solemnly.

"…So not all aliens are bad," Moa whispered, visibly moved.

"Then let me ask you," Yuzhou suddenly stepped out from the shadows. "Do you want Eleking to be freed from his suffering?"

"Eh?!" Moa jumped. "You… you heard all that?!"

"Yes," Yuzhou answered plainly.

"Ahh, my cover's blown! If the organization finds out—" Moa panicked. An AIB agent's identity wasn't supposed to be exposed to civilians.

"Forget that," Yuzhou pressed. "Answer me. Do you want Eleking to be released?"

The Pit Starian hesitated, torn with emotion. After all, she had raised Eleking since it was small. Finally, with a heavy sigh, she nodded.

"…Yes. Let him be freed."

As she spoke, a glowing orb of light floated from her chest, rising into the sky before sinking into Geed's Color Timer.

"The Little Star… disappeared?" she murmured, astonished.

But Geed's battle was turning grim. Eleking's tail lashed out, coiling tightly around him. Bolts of searing electricity surged through his body, sparks crackling violently across his frame.

"This idiot—why hasn't he changed forms yet?!" Yuzhou cursed. "If he'd just gone Solid Burning from the start, this would've been over already!"

But with his body paralyzed, Geed couldn't move—let alone transform. The new capsule in his arsenal, Hikari, wasn't enough to change the tide.

Eleking, ignoring the immobilized Geed, turned and began lumbering toward the group.

"…Wait. Didn't you say it was after your light?" Yuzhou asked, staring at the Pit Starian.

"Yes, it should be," she answered, equally confused.

"Then why's it walking toward us?!"

"Uh… well…" she thought for a moment, embarrassed. "To be honest, its brain never worked too well."

Yuzhou: "…"

Before he could respond, Moa suddenly cried out,

"I have an idea! Everyone, follow me!"

"What are you planning?" Zenna demanded.

"No time! Just hurry!"

Moa dashed back toward the car. With no better option, the others followed.

Laiha, seeing Yuzhou vanish again, sighed and returned to Nebula Lodge to help RE.M. analyze the data.

At the car, Moa frantically shoved Zenna and the Pit Starian inside, then popped open the trunk. From within, she pulled out a flowerpot.

Yuzhou raised an eyebrow. He remembered this scene. In the original "script," Moa used this very flower to lull Eleking to sleep.

But instead of drowsing, Eleking let out a roar—then stomped forward and brought its massive foot down directly toward the car.
