On the paper is a date marked, and beside it is written, 'business trip.'
So Colson has a business trip in a month's time?
As I gape at it, my head streams with ideas.
Isn't this just perfect? How fun would it be if I make everything coincide with the day of his trip?
"Is something the matter?" I hear Colson ask from beside me.
I tear my eyes from the paperwork and turn toward him.
"You have a business trip in a month's time?" I ask softly.
His eyes dart to the marked date, then back at me.
"Yes," he replies curtly.
So exciting!
"Hmm? Does that mean you'll be less busy everyday until the day of the trip?"
"Not exactly. I also have other business trips planned."
I catch his eyes dart toward Leiara's direction when he says this. Rude, I know. And I would've been upset had I not just found out about this trip.
