Hanrui, who just got back from the Duke Zhu mansion after dropping Zhu Zhuqing home an hour ago, is doing his stretches early in the morning, basking in the sun.
While thinking about the missing Tang hao when suddenly, he thought of his fiancee who he hadn't seen for a while now.
He couldn't help but chuckle as he thought of her.
'This shouldn't be her doing right? I mean, her dimension is the only place I didn't scan earlier. So it's possible she took him away and is possibly punishing him.
Sigh, guess I need to pay her a visit soon or her sulking might escalate.' He sighed.
'Come to think of it, did she go home when I was with Zhuqing? I didn't feel her presence.
Normally when she watches me I could sense her gaze but I didn't feel anything earlier.' He thought, feeling puzzled.
As he finished his exercise, Xiao Wu came over and handed him a towel to wipe his sweat covered body.
He took the towel and dried himself up and asked. "Did you prepare the bath, little rabbit?"
Xiao Wu jolted awake, her cheeks flushed crimson as she nodded. "Yes, master. I've prepared the bath water for you."
'Why does the master smell so good?' She thought with flushed cheeks, as the scent of Hanrui drifted in the air.
Hanrui threw the towel to her and walked to the bathroom while Xiao Wu followed him obediently while sneakily taking a sniff of the towel.
'Soo Good.' She thought, feeling relaxed, not knowing her actions have long been noticed by her master.
"What are you? A Dog?" Hanrui snickered with amusement as he said that, without turning his head to her, making her jump in fright like someone stepped on her tail.
Xiao Wu realising her sneaky action exposed hid her face in the towel in embarrassment.
"Rouge rabbit." He called her, making her pout but responded to him obediently.
'I'm not a Rouge rabbit, its master's fault for smelling so good.' She thought while responding to him with "Yes, Master."
"It's almost time for graduation right? Go tell the Dean I'm taking the leave early and you will be coming along with me." He said, making her puzzled.
"Yes, Master." She said still a bit confused but nodded nonetheless.
He opened the door to the bathroom and let her leave for the errand then he soaked in the bath and relaxed.
He completed his bath after a while and came to the dining room and sat down and started eating breakfast.
Footsteps echoed from outside as Xiao Wu approached the table.
"Master, I've informed the Dean about our early leave, and he approved it." She said, as she came to a stop beside him.
"Um, Good job, now sit down and eat. We are leaving right after breakfast, the carriage should be ready by then." He said as he continued eating.
Xiao Wu nodded and took her seat and finished the breakfast in comforting silence.
"Master, where are we going?" She asked as they both finished breakfast and Xiao Wu started cleaning the plates.
"Home." Hanrui replied with a sly grin.
A metaphorical question mark appeared on her head.
'I meant which one, and why that sly smile?' She thought confused as she looked at him.

Shortly after, both of them boarded the carriage, where Xue Li was already present. While Hanrui started reading a book like his grandmother, Xiao Wu, thoughtfully peeled melon seeds for the both.
A few hours passed in this tranquility as they reached their destination and got off.
While Xue Li was neutral, Hanrui had a sly smile on his face as he looked at the shocked Xiao Wu beside him who got off the carriage last.
"Master, are we at the Star Dou Great Forest?" She asked excitedly with a tremor in her voice.
"Yes, let's go." Hanrui said lightly.
Xue Li held both of them in each of her arms and spread her Luminous Wings and swiftly flew into the forest.
It wasn't until she reached the center of the forest, where the lake of life is, did she stop.
She put her grandson and his maid down as two large pricing eyes looked at them dumbfounded.
"Sister Wu, you are back." The bull headed snake, Da Ming said as he came to his senses, as he recognized the intruders who came over with blinding speed that even he didn't react to.
Instead of answering her brother, she looked at Hanrui for permission.
Hanrui, noticing her action, smiled in satisfaction.
"Well, you three siblings have a chat. I have some business I have to attend, I won't disturb your reunion." He said as he took his grandmother Xue Li's hand and jumped into the Lake of Life with her.
