Just as Di Tian thought, Scarlett King who woke up after being healed and other Fierce Beasts who received the Void Stone felt regretful.
Determined to get strong the Soul Beasts left to cultivate while the three-headed lion stared into Zi Ji's eyes as if saying "this isn't over" before turning and leaving.
Di Tian watched the others leave and looked at Bi Ji and Zi Ji with a solemn look.
"So, how is Master doing?" He asked in a serious tone laced with concern and respect.
Bi Ji and Zi Ji looked at each other and sighed as they thought simultaneously.
'So Master didn't come back yet or didn't make her presence known. Young Master is right. Master Yuena might still be following him.'
Bi Ji and Zi Ji shook their heads and then started to explain what happened after they left, while Di Tian listened to their every word with surprise as they walked ahead.

A few days later a cry of a dragon is heard inside the mysterious space and a deep but authoritative voice summoned Di Tian to her side.

The Verdant Coil Devourer resembles a massive, rooted plant with a thick, bark-covered core resembling a twisted trunk. From its body extend dozens of flexible, vine-like tentacles, each segmented like branches but moving with unsettling fluidity. These tendrils are covered in faintly glowing veins and thorn-like nodes that can open and close like petals. When agitated, its tentacles rise and sway as if sensing prey through the air.
Abilities:
Binding Vines: The tentacles can rapidly extend, coil, and restrain targets with crushing force.
Vitality Drain: Once bound, the beast siphons spiritual energy and stamina through its vines, weakening enemies over time.
Hallucinogenic Pollen: Periodically releases spores that cause dizziness, false comfort, or disorientation, making escape difficult.
Regenerative Root Network: As long as its roots remain intact underground, severed tentacles slowly regrow.
Temperament:
Semi-sentient and predatory. It reacts strongly to movement and spiritual fluctuations rather than sound or sight. It often remains dormant for years, disguised as an ancient tree, until prey wanders too close.
