Braelyn's POV
I was slowly losing my mind. I didn't know how long I had been in here but it felt like ages. The cells were dark and quiet..too quiet I could hear my own breathing echoing off the walls
I wasn't beaten or tortured but the isolation was getting to my mind. My body was curled up in a fetal position on a small mattress that barely reached my body, the bulb flickering from above.
My stomach was growling. I hadn't eaten anything aside from dry bread and water the guards sent when I was at the brink of losing my mind from starvation
I didn't know where the cameras were but I was certain they were watching from the shadows. Do I regret it? At this point I don't even know, Amelia was the one who most likely told the Orlovs the truth.
One way or the other she was going to get rid of me. Honestly, I didn't ask for much. All I wanted was peace, I was tired of the chaos..
