Homura replied matter-of-factly, "Tsunade, as Hokage, you don't need that much money."
"Tsk…" Tsunade clicked her tongue in annoyance. "This money came from selling my own ninjutsu. Whether I need it or not, it's mine. I can donate it or blow it all on fun. Either way, it has nothing to do with you, right?"
Were these advisors insane?

The clones practiced the Hundred Healings Mark, and the real Naruto received all their progress.
This drastically shortened the training time.
The only downside was the mild discomfort from the clone feedback.
After mastering the Hundred Healings Mark, Naruto immediately connected with Kurama and entered Nine-Tails Chakra Mode.
Following Sakura's method, he sealed the portion of Nine-Tails Chakra he could control into the Hundred Healings Mark.
After repeating the process several times, the mark on Naruto's forehead shifted from blue to gold.
"If I release all of this at once… this power really is insane."
Naruto closed his eyes, sensing the energy inside the seal. He felt a little shocked himself.
Kurama's voice rumbled through Naruto's mind:
"Normally, my chakra isn't something so easily controlled. You could only handle a small portion.
Now, you're storing a huge amount. If you unleash it all… your strength should increase by around 30%."
Only 30%—but to Naruto, that was enormous.
When Naruto fights seriously, he's basically a walking buff stack.
Lightning Style Armor, Ultra-Light Rock Technique, Sage Mode, Nine-Tails Chakra Mode…
And now Nine-Tails Chakra Mode had been strengthened again.
A 30% spike in power meant his combat strength would far surpass most Kage.

As for raising his combat power to 300,000, that wasn't difficult for Naruto.
He had several options.
First: Training.
With Uzumaki and Senju bloodlines plus his age-related chakra growth, reaching 300,000 quickly wasn't unrealistic.
Don't underestimate those bloodlines.
Second: Use his simulation chances.
The simplest option.
Naruto could easily gain new power-ups via simulation.

To improve efficiently, obtaining new kekkei genkai or bloodlines was key.
