Chapter 116 - Chapter 116 Which Should I Eat First Or Take A Shower First?

Naruto didn't think lust was wrong. He even openly acknowledged that he was a bit of a scumbag.

But Naruto wouldn't squat outside a bathhouse and peek at strange women.

Think about it — if your girlfriend went to take a shower and some old man spied on her, could you tolerate that?

Who could?

Isn't that just pure depravity?

Naruto didn't see himself as a good person, nor did he think Jiraiya was one either.

He wouldn't lecture Jiraiya — so Jiraiya had better stay out of his business.

Everyone has their flaws. Who's better than whom?

As long as no one causes trouble, they can get along.

Otherwise… other measures would have to be taken.

Orochimaru conducts human experiments and harms people.

Jiraiya spies on women and harms others in a different way.

Tsunade gambles and drinks too much — but at least she only hurts herself.

Naruto entered the room and quickly found Fubuki.

By this time, Fubuki had already woken up.

She had heard everything that had happened outside.

Now, seeing Naruto enter, her face went pale with fear. She trembled and pleaded for mercy.

"No... please don't. I admit my mistake!"

"Give me a chance to redeem myself. I want to be a good person."

Naruto looked at her calmly. "I'll give you a chance — but who will give the innocent souls you've taken a chance?"

"I... I..." Fubuki stammered as Naruto approached, trembling violently.

Her mind was in chaos; she couldn't even form a proper excuse.

Naruto drew a kunai and plunged it neatly into her chest, then formed another set of hand seals.

It didn't take long.

Fubuki's soul was soon sealed into the kunai.

Perhaps because of her different state during the sealing — when Hail Winter Bear was sealed, he had already fallen unconscious from his wounds.

But Fubuki was different. Though her mind was in turmoil, she was still much more aware than he had been.

As a result, Naruto could faintly sense Fubuki's desperate pleas through the kunai in his hand.

"It's so cold here... I'm so scared..."

"Let me out... please... I won't do bad things again..."

"It was all because Lord Doto forced me..."

"It's so dark here... are there ghosts? I'm afraid of ghosts... wuwu..."

Hearing this, Naruto couldn't help but reply softly, "Don't be afraid. You are a ghost."

Fubuki: "..."

Not long after, Naruto had collected two souls.

It was a pity Jiraiya had killed that guy named Wolf outright — otherwise, Naruto would have had three.

As for the other Snow Ninjas who were sent out as decoys, they had been abandoned by Doto himself. They weren't very strong anyway.

Even if Naruto had sealed one of their souls into the body of the Sage of Six Paths, they probably wouldn't have been much use in battle.

Koyuki Kazahana was completely terrified.

After the horrifying events she'd witnessed, Koyuki hid under her blanket and refused to come out.

Hearing the sounds outside, she even began to feel afraid of Naruto.

That usually gentle boy turned out to be the most ruthless one among the group of ninjas.

She realized how lucky she was — she had once provoked Naruto.

If he'd lost his temper back then, her soul might've been taken as well.

Then it really would have been over.

In fact, even if Koyuki had offered her soul to Naruto, he might not have been able to take it.

After all, she wasn't a shinobi — her soul had little fighting power.

After everything settled down, Naruto began teaching Karin some new techniques.

Her current training included water walking and the Rasengan.

The rest would come later.

Meanwhile, Doto Kazahana had already learned of what happened to his men.

When his subordinates failed to return, he sent others to investigate.

They discovered that three of his elite officers and several Snow Ninjas had been killed.

Doto was furious — but he had no plans to attack right away.

Instead, he decided to hide.

From his men's reports, it was clear that the film crew's ship had suffered almost no damage after the ambush.

What did that mean?

It meant that the ninja protecting Koyuki Kazahana were incredibly strong — strong enough to kill his three most capable subordinates with ease.

That made Doto extremely cautious.

He decided to stay in hiding, wait until the film crew left and the Konoha shinobi completed their mission, and then strike.

When Koyuki was alone and defenseless — that's when he would make his move.

Days passed.

Soon, the film crew's shooting was finished.

The Konoha shinobi's mission had also come to an end.

The director hadn't expected Doto to stay quiet during this time, and he was a little uneasy about it.

He asked the Konoha team to remain a few more days, but rules were rules — once a mission was complete, Team Kakashi had to return to Konoha to report.

Breaking mission protocol could lead to serious consequences.

Even in this time of relative peace, the international situation was still tense. The rules were in place to prevent accidents.

Team Kakashi said goodbye to the crew and prepared to return to Konoha.

Sakura originally wanted to stay — after all, Naruto was here.

If she went back, she'd have to face boring training under Kakashi and watch Sasuke immerse himself in his own exercises again.

But after Naruto's persuasion, Sakura agreed to leave.

She hadn't yet mastered the Strength of a Hundred Seal technique. She still needed to train more under Tsunade — otherwise, her strength would plateau.

Jiraiya, however, didn't go back with Team Kakashi.

At the director's request, he stayed behind to handle any possible trouble that might arise later.

Karin had been living quite a fulfilling life these days. Under Naruto's guidance, her strength had improved by leaps and bounds.

But Naruto didn't want to wait any longer.

He had originally come to the Land of Snow to settle down, but Doto Kazahana was still in hiding.

With Doto lying low, Naruto couldn't relax.

So, he decided to take the initiative.

Once the crew learned that Koyuki was the true princess of the Land of Snow, they had no reason to stay and soon departed.

Koyuki wanted to leave as well, but the director risked his life to persuade her to remain.

So they settled temporarily somewhere in the Land of Snow.

Security was handled by Jiraiya and Karin.

Meanwhile, Naruto activated Kagura's Mind Eye and began searching for Doto Kazahana's whereabouts.

But progress was slow — Doto was hiding deep underground.

One day, while searching the eastern region, Naruto found nothing.

As the sun set, he decided to return to their base using the Flying Thunder God Technique.

The moment he stepped through the door, Koyuki Kazahana ran up to him.

She helped him take off his coat and asked softly, "Would you like to eat first or take a shower first?"

Karin: "?"

Isn't that what I'm supposed to ask?!
