His dark brown eyes narrowed as he glared at me. He still wasn't giving in. "I want to speak with my lawyer if you are accusing me of being a thief. I want to defend myself," he cockily demanded.
"You are refusing to speak any further?" I said. "That's fine. I've already alerted the police, and I have multiple men already investigating you as we speak. If you refuse to talk, I'll find out the truth in due time," I told him coldly. "And I swear, Edward, if I find out that you are in any way related to what happened to my son and any other evidence, you're going to regret not talking now. You are on leave from your role starting today."
I then signalled to my bodyguards, who stood beside him. They escorted Edward to the seating area and watched him as I waited for my men on dispatch to his house with the police.
