"Jasmine, you should be asleep," he commented as he approached the seating area.
"Keith, none of us can sleep in this situation," I told him the reality. His lips pressed together nervously.
"But I think I got it! I found a document that matches the drafts, " I told him excitedly.
His expression completely changed. "What?!" He said, taken aback by this revelation.
"What did you find?" He asked me. I showed him the documents that matched the draft and then explained all the numbers to him.
"Oh my god," he said. "This document is from five years ago, right? He confirmed as he read through it. "I don't recall noticing anything strange at the time, but this is quite telling."
"Will you be able to confirm if 3 million dollars is actually missing?" I then asked him.
