The capital, Newton's family villa...
Inside the study, Newton sat behind the desk, while gazing at Bob, waiting for him to tell him the results of the visit. Even though he already had his own guesses, he still waited for Bob to say it.
"How did it go? Has he agreed to leave?" Newton asked.
Bob shook his head as he said, "No, he refused to leave. In fact, he said that he would be coming over in the capital in a while. Given the exact date, but I'm sure that it would be soon."
Newton's expression hardened when he heard that. In fact, the guess that he was having was that, Michael had agreed to leave. Instead, the answer that he had received was contradictory to his expectations.
When Bob was about to leave, Newton had informed him that he should tell Michael that, no matter what it was that he wanted, the Santos family would provide.
All that he needed to do was to leave the country, and never come back, or if there was a need for him to come back, Newton would contact him.
