A. jay and her gang (adam , sam & michael) fight with adam's ex

B.) all of them fighting againt new leader of greenwood )

The projector clicks off with a faint whir, leaving only the soft glow of the lamps and the fading scent of nostalgia.

For a few seconds, no one says a word. The ghosts of Greenwood still hang in the air.

Then Michael breaks the silence, dramatically clutching his chest."Ladies and gentlemen, the wall-climbing prodigy! Jay 'fernan' whatever-her-middle-name-is!"

Cin tosses a pillow straight at him. "You're lucky she didn't throw you off that wall too."

Michael points at Jay. "She could've—look at her—calm now, but those eyes say 'I can destroy you and your bloodline.'"

Jay smirks. "Try me."The room bursts into laughter again, the tension finally breaking.

Percy's half-asleep against the couch, munching on chips."

Someone wake me up when trauma hour's over. I can't cry on an empty stomach."

Cin throws another pillow. "Percy, that's your third bag of chips!"

He shrugs. "Coping mechanism."

David's sprawled on the beanbag like a hibernating bear.

Michael pokes him. "You alive?"David grumbles, "Barely. Tell your emotions to quiet down."

Aries, who's been standing near the projector the whole time, crosses his arms.

His usual calm expression is replaced by quiet protectiveness.

He looks at Jay, voice steady."Whatever happened back then, it's over now. No one touches you, Jay. Not again."

Jay offers a small nod — she knows Aries means it. He always does

Section E still lingers around the room — Cin and Percy bickering about who looks better in night-vision footage, Michael half asleep on the couch with chips in his lap, Aries posted near the door like an unassigned bodyguard.

Jay stands by the window, arms crossed, watching the faint city lights. Her reflection in the glass looks calm — too calm.

Keifer watches her from across the room, noticing that little furrow between her brows that only appears when she's calculating.

He walks up slowly, keeping his voice low. "You trust them, huh?"

Jay doesn't turn. "More than I trust most people, yes."

He leans against the window frame beside her. "Even after what happened before? One of them could still—"

She cuts him off sharply. "No. Not them."

"Jay—"

She finally looks at him, eyes steady. "Keif, Section E's all I've got left that's clean. Sam, Adam, Michael — they've bled for me. Percy was there when no one was there for me . Aries literally threw himself into a fight to buy me time. None of them would sell me out to Kaizer."

Her tone is final.Keifer studies her for a moment, then nods — slowly.

But the thought still itches in the back of his head." What about Drew?"

Jay blinks once, her jaw tightening. "You really think it's him again?"

"He's done it before," Keifer says, quieter now.

Jay exhales through her nose. "I know. But that was different — he was scared. This isn't fear, it's precision. Whoever's doing this knows our moves before we do."

"So who else could?"

Jay hesitates. "Only someone who knows about us. and i know you got to know about yuri's hitlist too."

Keifer's eyes darken. For the first time, Keifer's teasing smirk disappears completely. "Yuri? You think he'd—"

"I don't want to think it," Jay admits. "But he disappeared from our radar right before the data breach started. He was there when Serina's last code was uploaded. He's smart enough to cover his tracks."

Keifer runs a hand through his hair, frustration flickering in his expression. "He was my best friend, Jay."

"I know." Her voice softens. "That's why this hurts."

Behind them, chaos brews again.

Cin is trying to balance a soda can on Michael's head. Percy is narrating like a wildlife documentary:"Here we observe the rare species — drama king in his natural habitat — sleeping mid-mission."

Aries throws a pen at them. "Quiet. Some people are actually listening for threats."

"Yeah," Cin grins. "Threat number one: Jay killing us if we spill another drink on her evidence files."

Jay turns around with a deadly glare.Cin immediately salutes. "Respectfully, ma'am, my mouth is closed."

Keifer hides a laugh behind his hand.

Jay elbows him lightly. "Stop laughing. You're supposed to be serious."

"I am," he murmurs, leaning a little closer. "But it's hard to focus when you look this tense. You always get dangerous when you're thinking too hard."

"Dangerous?" she repeats.

He smirks. "Yeah. Makes me wanna stay closer."

She rolls her eyes, but there's a ghost of a smile. "Flirting during betrayal talks — classy, Watson."

"Hey," he whispers, "it's my coping mechanism."

Jay shakes her head but can't stop the small laugh that escapes.

Then she straightens, her tone shifting back to command. "Tomorrow morning, we dig into Yuri's last known location. Quietly. I don't want Section E panicking until we have proof."

Keifer nods. "Got it. Just you and me."

"Just us," she confirms.

He meets her gaze. "Then I'll keep watch tonight."

"You don't have to."

"Not a chance I'm leaving you alone," he says with a grin. "Besides — what if the ghost of Greenwood tries to flirt with you first?"

She snorts. "Relax, Keifer. The only ghost I'm scared of is you haunting my peace."

"Then you better get used to me," he murmurs, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear.

From across the room, Michael groans awake."Are they whisper-flirting again or am I dreaming?"

Cin sighs dramatically. "Both. They've got more tension than my grades before finals."

Percy munches chips. "At least their trust issues are romantic now."

Jay turns, deadly calm. "One more comment and you'll be searching Kaizer's hideout alone."

Instant silence.
