Earlier when Kian was explaining his detailed plan to Elianor, Toka and Shimmer...
"What... what the actual f*** are saying Kian?" Shimmer mused with a hint of disappointment in her voice.
"You gotta be kidding me? That's your grand plan?!" Toka exclaimed as she roughly ribbed his fingers at the top of his nose just where the lain.
"..."
Whilst Elianor gazed at Kian with a simple, but very lost look on her face.
"Nah, you've done it now!"
"How?!"
"Wh-what do you mean how?! You just broke our translator for you."
Toka exclaimed as she shook Elianor vigorously in hopes of bringing her back to reality.
"Ah..., you guys were don't have time for this!" Shimmer exclaimed tensely.
"Kian you have got to have more sensible plan in mind right?"
"..."
But he didn't reply because he too had lost his sense if focus which was seen by his eyes which seemed to distorted from each other that were covered by a blank look on his face.
"Okay... his lost it as well... now what are we gonna do?"
"I don't kno-"
Stomp!
Toka mused and Shimmer who was interrupted mid response, both heard a suddenly loud stomping sound.
"What... what was that?" Shimmer mused.
"Damn it! I don't know?"
Stomp!
Soon after another stomp echoed.
Stomp! Stomp!
And two more.
Stomp! Stomp! Stomp!
It seemed that someone was approaching and fast.
"Damn it damn it damn it!"
Toka panicked.
"Ugh, now's not the time to freaking out like this Toka, hurry get Kian and lets get out of here through the damn vents."
"Oh yah, right let's do that first then panicking later."
"Huh?"
Shimmer mused as she looked at Toka with utter disappointment of his reactions.
"Aa-aaah!"
"HUP!"
Shimmer and Toka groaned as they carried the bodies of their unconscious friends.
Stomp! Stomp! Stomp!
The loud stomping's echoes soon blared out again as they seemed to be too close for comfort.
"Shit he's almost here!" Toka exclaimed tensely.
As he then dashed up to the vent on the ceiling just to the right of Elianor's bed and pulled it out effortlessly.
"C'mon let's go!"
Toka signaled at Shimmer as he looked back only to be stunned by the scene before his eyes.
"He-hey, where Elianor?"
"I... don't know? She just disappeared."
Stomp!
The stomp as viciously loud as it was managed to snap the two out of their daze as Toka then signaled Shimmer to climb up once again.
Swoosh!
Put! Put!
Swoosh!
Pat!
"Huh?"
The two were about to commence a swift escape were stopped in their tracks and the cause of their plans hinderence was....
'Cardinal Technique;....'
"Aaaarh!"
'Elastic air prism.'
"Wait a minute... I can't move mid movement yet... my arms aren't tensing up from not moving? Don't tell me...."
Toka thought out loud as he then mentally chanted, 'Cardinal Technique; Desirer's Golden Eyes.'
His irises once a blue now began to release steam as as a sharp hissing spund echoed through the echoed in the air.
His irises were now seemingly beginning to burn as a small transparent golden flames sparked on them and soon after his the flames burnt out.
His irises now glimmered with a golden yellow aura and a burnt amber hue in his irises that made him look even more ferocious.
As tough as it was for him to move or even flinch, his eyes could everything he desired to see.
That's because his technique technically let's him see whatever he desires to see or know.
And what he saw right now was...
'Brown locks, about 5 feet, red glowing eyes... wait a minute, uuhhh! I should known that it was you, you idiot!' Toka thought angrily as the figure now slowly walked into his field of vision.
He then swiftly deactivated his technique as he settled his eyes on the man who now stood before him and look on his face wasn't proud, sad nor angry.
It was shire...
"Disappointment...."
"Huh?"
"Yah you're heard me, I'm disappointed with this poor escape plan of yours."
Hank exclaimed as he looked at the boys, but his attention was a little more fixed on...
"The heck do you mean? Have you gone crazy coz your-"
"Shut up boy, I mean the kid whose pretending to be knocked out on your shoulders."
Hank cut off Toka as he starred intently on Kian and for a moment there was a deadly silence that filled the atmosphere....
"M....hm....mhm..."
Shimmer muffled as it seemed to be that her mouth was sealed using Hank's ability.
"Boy you 10 seconds to wake up... or else this girl is gonna suffer some major major ouchies."
Hank said in a condensating voice as he raised his left hand slightly and moved his fingers in a grabbing gesture.
"10"
He started.
"9"
"8"
"7"
"6....."
He counted down slowly yet with such tensity in voice.
"5"
Stttttrrrk!
A sudden sound echoed through the air as he continued his count down.
'What... what was that sound?' Toka mused un thought as he struggled to turn his head to see what was happening behind him.
"4...."
He continued.
Sttttttrrrk!
The sound eerie yet familiar echoed once more.
"3...."
Strrrrk!
"Mhmmmm! Hmmmm!"
Shimmer's muffled screams blared out which caught Toka's attention even more.
'Huh... that sounds just what is it? Why... does sound so-'
Strrrrk!
"Hmmmmmm!"
Shimmer's scream now came high pitched yet muffled as tears began to stream down her eyes.
"Wake up boy, or else this girl dies!"
Hank warned with a deep haunting voice.
"Uhhhh, what are you doing to her?!"
Toka screamed out in utter fury.
Strrrrk!
This sound echoed once again, but this time Shimmer didn't make even a peep.
'Sh-Shimmer....?' Toka thought in a cold sweat as his worry soon twisted to a silent and furious look.
Sshht!
A small sparking sound sizzled.
"2...."
Sssshzt!
Sszt! Sszt!
Hank was near completion of his count down as the sparks sizzled even more.
Ssshft! Sssssszzft!
Two loud bursts of sparking energy blared as Toka's body slowly began to tremble, his eyes slowly burning again, a wide frown curved itself on his face as his teeth (canines especially) began to sharpen.
'Oh so that's what you're resorting to... monkey.'
Hank proudly thought as his fingers seemed to make a gesture as if almost fully clenched and then all of a sudden...
"1!"
Hank shouted.
"Hraaaaaah!"
Toka roared.
Hank then hurriedly began to squeeze his grip even more as he focused his attention to his left palm.
"Hraaaaah! I'll kill you!"
Toka roared furiously as his body began to transform.
And then.....
"Hehehe.... you win old man."
A voice submissive yet full of laughter exclaimed as the two suddenly paused their movements.
"Tsk, i knew you'd give in."
Whoop!
Swoosh!
Thud! Thud!
Thud!
"Sh-Shimmer! Are you okay? Hey, hey?!"
Toka who'd hurriedly run to Shimmer's side grabbed her and rested ger on hus lap as his held her face while gently shaking and calling out to her in hopes of waking her.
All while Hank walked towards them slowly as he creeper his right hand to his back and slightly muffled with something before pulling out three white long thick ropes.
"Argh! I'll kill you if you touched me or Shimmer!" Toka snarled at Hank whose continued in his relentless pursuit to tie up the kids.
"Gggrrrraaa!"
Toka snarled even louder as his face began to slowly transform from the young masculine tender look to a fierce pair of golden glowing eyes and golden brown fur that covered his face slowly as his nose slowly bent inward as his teeth sharpened making look almost like a true monkey.
"Woooo, there Toka corporate now, will ya?" Kian said he grabbed Toka's shoulders and nodded at him not visibly, but just enough to signal him.
"Good little idiots." Hank sarcastically praised the two.
Strrrr, strrrr, strrrr!
Echoing sounds of tightening rope blarred out out as he then told Kian and Toka to get up and get down to the last floor.
...
It didn't take long before Kian and Toka whom had been carrying the unconscious Shimmer arrived and knelt next to the rest.
Whilst they knelt down, the professor looked them up and down not out of spite, not of judgement, but out the pure curiosity that lingered in both his mind and eyes.
The rest couldn't see of course except fir Kian who seemed to look too calm for a situation such as this.
This caught the attention of the professor even more as he fixed most of his attention on Kian.
'I.... I've been tricked?!'
