Right now it has 5 headquarters all around the Nirvana based on in which country and city they can be safest.(eg. One of the headquarter is in this city Hargena because not only our late young assassin Andre is here but Hagena is a place full of talents, besides Hargena also has quite the farming in its hands). The system of distributing missions and gaining them while keeping the ranks of assassins for the sake of income is complex.

Missions/tasks:

Tasks in general comes by influences either on surface or from underworld. Difficulty matters, it depends on how illegal and how good it is for particular country.

And at the End when he's in his late 20s (around 28-29yo) he was already S+ gaining the position of no. 1 assassin in the whole country with the name of SilentEclipse.
