Absolutely excellent for evasion—incredibly annoying for enemies to deal with—and with Elric's already ridiculous physical stats, it would become terrifyingly efficient in actual combat.
You can't hit what you can't catch, and you definitely can't catch someone who can literally break into twenty floating pieces.
Thunder-Thunder Fruit
Natural-type Logia fruit. One of the absolute apex abilities.
Its original wielder, the self-proclaimed god Enel, had practically ruled an entire sky island with lightning powers alone before Luffy's plot armor kicked in.
The fruit granted: high-speed lightning movement, instantaneous devastating attacks, extreme heat generation, paralysis effects, and massive sensory expansion through electromagnetic detection.
Easily the strongest sensory ability and the highest burst-damage output in its entire category.
To put it simply: if Luffy hadn't been a literal rubber insulator immune to electricity, the Straw Hat Pirates would have been completely erased from existence in their first encounter.

A Paramecia-type ability once held by Charlotte Brûlée in the Big Mom Pirates.
Not particularly suited for raw offensive combat—but absolutely incredible for:
