Could the "Umbrella Man" Holly spoke of be that bastard who made her change clothes for him to watch?
Speaking of which, she did see a black long-handled umbrella in his room, which seemed somewhat similar to Penguin's.

Eric extended his hand, motioning for Selina to link her arm with his.
After glancing at the somewhat awkward Bruce, compelled by the other party's "tyranny," Selina had no choice but to link arms with Eric.
Eric, observing Selina's and Batman's micro-expressions with his Super Vision, largely confirmed his suspicions.
Batman had just become Gotham's Knight, and his romance with Selina had not yet officially begun.
He was very interested in making Batman awkward and frustrated.
Bruce was about to warn Selina about Eric's dangerous identity when Penguin stood on the stage, announcing that he had acquired a batch of jewels and artifacts, which would now be auctioned.
Upon seeing the Owl crystal displayed by Penguin, Bruce immediately forgot about Selina, his attention completely drawn to the items bearing the Owl insignia.
