"Why are you here?"
Alan's voice could have frozen hell over as he watched Jeremy stroll in behind the maid like he owned the place. He'd been seconds away from leaving for a photoshoot, but unexpectedly his rival showed up at his house.
"Obviously to visit my darling~"
Jeremy practically purred the words, and the visible shudder that ran through him was absolutely worth watching Alan's jaw clench like he was chewing glass.
"My little sister is NOT your darling."
Jeremy threw his hands up in mock surrender, delighted that the usually ice-cold Alan turned into a territorial guard dog whenever Everly's name came up.
"Fine, fine. She's my fiancée—should I call her 'my unhinged fiancée' instead? My beautiful disaster?"
"She's not your fiancée either!"
