Chapter 26 - Harry's Brutality

The brutal act of Harry blowing or popping, for the use of a better word, their companion's head off plunged every dressed Death Eater in a state of shock, fear, and horror. The frightening and spine chilling feeling they had initially felt from Harry had come true.

Each of them took a few steps back while Harry continued to press forward with a grin on his face, though the smile was not visible through his obscured face.

The Death Eaters were trembling in fear, but ultimately the mind of one of them worked. They could run away was what he thought and in happiness and delight of being able to live, he tried to apparate. But his happiness was short lived as he failed the apparition. Something was blocking him from apparating. The space had been sealed.

"Trying to run away?" Harry chuckled. "Just like your master… Voldemort."

"But sadly… I have already sealed this space."

"And you have only one way open," Harry's cold and grim voice echoed as he declared their fate. "Towards death."

Seeing no other options, one of the Death Eaters braved himself and launched a red coloured spell towards Harry. Harry did not even bat an eyelid as he swatted the spell away.

With his wand raised, Harry jabbed it once again. The air started to compress near his wand and began to rotate. In moments, a vertical rotating whirlpool of air was formed. The size of the whirlpool was as long as 6 feet and almost 2 feet wide.

Harry jabbed his wand once again, and in a blink of an eye, the whirlpool raced towards another of the Death Eaters. In fear, the Death Eater and, with hope, some of his companions fired quite a few spells at the whirlpool.

But the whirlpool was like a sponge and absorbed every spell in it, and in front of the horrified eyes of the Death Eaters, another of their companions was consumed by the whirlpool.

It was a horrific sight to witness. The body of the Death Eater was shredded to small pieces as the air current cut through him. Chunks of muscles, bones, and organs soaked in blood splattered at the remaining Death Eaters.

Two of them had been killed with their blood and pieces of flesh splattering on them. 11 more people remained. The last bit of hope they had vanished.

One of the Death Eaters buckled under pressure as he came crashing to his knees.

"My lord," he begged in desperation. "Please let us go…"

"It was no order from the Dark Lord… We were only doing it for fun," he cried with tears flowing from his eyes.

"I swear that we had no intention of killing anyone… at most we would have caused some chaos."

"Fun, you say?" Harry asked in a cold and chilly tone.

Harry did not say anything as another spell left his wand. The spell hit a stone lying on the ground near the death eater and it transformed into a spear. The spear penetrated the Death Eater's jaw and came piercing out the top of his head. Blood gurgled from his mouth as he was trying to beg once more.

Despair had filled the remaining Death Eaters as they surrendered themselves to death.

But out of nowhere a flicker of hope came for them. A group of Aurors had suddenly appeared, accompanied by the sound of a swirl. For the Death Eaters, the Aurors were a sign of hope as getting arrested by them was a much better option than being killed by this monster.

Using their manipulations and lies, they were sure to get themselves released from the ministry without any major consequences.

"Keep your wands away," a middle aged woman boomed as she approached Harry and the death eaters. Her eyes were roaming and surveying the carnage that Harry had done with a frown on her face.

"Madam Bones," Harry smiled as he turned and faced the Aurors. "It is a pleasure to see you."

"You know me," said Amelia with a neutral face.

She continued in a monotonous voice with her wand pointed towards Harry, "I have no sympathy for these Death Eaters. But you cannot kill them in front of me. Surrender yourself."

Harry chuckled in amusement, "Ah! Madam Bones… I truly admire you and your courage."

"After all, you are the rare few competent people among these fools," Harry added with a gesture towards the other Aurors.

"But neither of you can stop me," he declared with finality in his tone.

Amelia was about to persuade him more, but her attention was abruptly diverted towards a green curse coming towards Harry. One of the Death Eaters had turned courageous. He tired and used the opportunity of Harry's lack of attention towards them and fired a Killing Curse at him.

Amelia's words of warning struck in her throat as Harry did not even turn and swatted away the Killing Curse from his wand when it was just about to graze his left shoulder.

"Even a thousand of you would not touch me," said Harry as he turned back towards the Death Eaters.

Harry raised his wand, but Amelia shouted, "I cannot allow this…"

A disarming spell left her wand but it did not reach Harry. When the spell was some distance away from him there was a ripple of light and a dome appeared, enclosing the Death Eaters and Harry, with Harry at the centre. The spell struck the dome and dispersed.

"I have sealed this space," said Harry as a red coloured spell left his wand.

The Death Eater who had fired the Killing Curse was struck by the spell, and his entire body was vertically cleaved into two.

Pieces of organs spilled on the ground, and a few of the Aurors almost threw up at the gruesome sight.

"What you are doing is not right," Amelia shouted, her voice almost desperate. Another spell left her wand. It was a Bombarda Maxima, but this was again dispersed by the dome.

"This is evil," she added.

"Do I care?" Harry laughed as another spell left his wand. The massacre was about to continue.
